BED BUGS found in the master bedroom!!! Stayed ONE HOUR on property! Had to find a hotel at 2 am for a funeral. Lost one day of comforting grieving family because we couldnt afford another day of the hotel after paying for the house. We drove from Indiana. Dusty, my black socks were white after walking in floor. Large stain on couch. Host VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, said it was Alabama so there would be bugs. SERIOUSLY? Received refund on house, but NOT the hotel that we had to spend our exoense money on. Host should be ashamed. I'm a Mayo clinic cancer patient which is why we chose a house over a hotel. Host said 'I font believe there were bugs, so do what you gotta do'. I even have a video of them. RUN, and I do mean RUN from this place.

Quiet and comfy

This house was very convenient and close to family we were visiting on green mountain. It was super quiet. We never heard any neighbors. The beds were very comfy, and I'm really picky. I'm an early riser, and didn't wake anyone else up. They never heard me. It had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again.

Cozy, Comfortable, and Close

A beautiful location with a home cozy and comfortable enough to keep my family happy! The location was great - close to several restaurants and grocery stores. It also had some lovely views around. The property itself was great - clean, and large enough for the five of us to spread out when needed. Our only complaint the entire time was the water pressure, and even then it was quick remedied with the use of the shower head being adjustable!

Great Stay

This property was as advertised- quiet neighborhood- safe. The place was clean and neat. The bathrooms had been redone, and shower curtain liner appeared new and fresh. I would stay again. The only negative was that the bath towels, while clean, had bleach stains on them. I would recommend replacement.

Wonderful

It was perfect for our family of 4, with a newly 2 year old and 5 year old. Quiet neighborhood, and close to a lot of restaurants & shopping. House was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen items. Relaxing fenced in backyard was a plus.

very satisfied

We chose this VRBO because it had 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and was close to our in-laws with whom we spent Christmas. The house is well-furnished, the kitchen is very functional, the neighborhood was beautiful, and we felt safe. We walked to our in-laws several times. A grocery store within two blocks- Publix- served us well. It was easy to get there from the airport, and there were plenty of sights and places to eat. William was a great host.

The perfect getaway

We came in town for Rocket City marathon weekend. It was the perfect place to stay with our 2 kids. Enough room to run around, a quaint neighborhood with some adorable Christmas lights (our toddler's favorite part), and conveniently located to everything you need within 15 minutes. Will gladly stay again if we come back to Huntsville.

A gem in a quiet neighborhood

My daughter and family stayed here for Thanksgiving week. This is the second time we have used this home. It is very clean, conveniently located and has an easy access and timely correspondence with the owner. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spacious family home in quiet neighborhood

This property EXCEEDED all our expectations. It was large, clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and knowledgeable. The property was in a safe, walkable neighborhood, with a grocery store only a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
