This bayfront home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, townhome style. The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining room with water views from every angle, and large balcony overlooking the beach. Located on the third floor is the three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a tin bed and a full, and a luxurious master ensuite with stunning beach views.
Ready for a beach day? Or a day on the boat? This unit offers the best of both worlds, with protected canal dockage and located only a few steps away from the beach. Sit and relax under the waterside tiki hut or take a dip in the bay. After a long day soaking up the sun and fishing, enjoy the sunset over the Florida Bay from your private balcony.
Located on prestigious Lower Matecumbe, close to downtown Islamorada and only minutes away from the most wonderful fishing spots in the world. Enjoy backcountry fishing right in your backyard, or hop over to the oceanside via Channel 5 Bridge.

White Marlin is one of the very few sandy beaches in the Upper Keys, it is perfect for snorkeling, putting kayaks in, or just soaking up the sun with sand in your toes. Aside from having a pristine private beach in your backyard, this unit also comes with deepwater protected dockage. The dockage and boat ramp is across the street, only a few steps away from your front door. Dockage is on a first come, first serve basis and the maximum length per boat is 30 ft.
