Esta hermosa casa de la segunda fila tiene maravillosas vistas al mar y al sonido. Simplemente siéntese en la terraza y relájese con el sonido de las olas o nade en la piscina privada. Esta casa tiene 8 habitaciones de lujo y 4 1/2 baños. La planta baja tiene dos dormitorios y una sala de televisión con tres sofás cama. También hay una pequeña cocina en ese nivel. El segundo piso tiene 4 dormitorios y una sala con mesa de billar. El piso superior tiene la suite principal con baño privado más un dormitorio más. También la cocina principal, la sala y el comedor están en el nivel superior. También hay un nuevo ascensor desde la planta baja hasta la cima. Qué lugar tan maravilloso para hacer recuerdos familiares. Quítate los zapatos y relájate o disfruta de la diversión y la aventura de Emerald Isle con parques acuáticos, un campo de golf de campeonato de 18 hoyos, museos, surf, pesca y fantásticos restaurantes cercanos por los que esta zona es conocida en todo el mundo.

We had such a great stay, even though it rained the whole time! The home was beautiful and the outside balconies were amazing — the view was stunning no matter the weather. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for all of us to spend time together and relax indoors. It was the perfect spot for a cozy, peaceful getaway. We’d love to come back and enjoy it again when the sun is out!

Birthday surprise and Mother’s Day celebration at the beach 2025

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first. We stayed in April of 2022 to celebrate my retirement from the USMC and this time, May 2025, we surprised my husband for his birthday plus celebrated Mother’s Day. We had a range of 2-65 years old that stayed. There is plenty of space to be all together and also to have your own space when you want to. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants and crystal coast attractions.The house has a unique charm that is warm and inviting and is clean and had all the cooking implements we required for a beach week. The owner is friendly and always responded promptly with any questions we had. There were terrible thunderstorms and rainstorms our last two nights and the age of the home showed in a small leak on the second floor, HOWEVER….. that never made a negative impact nor affected our fabulous stay. The owner responded immediately. Our family LOVES this place and we look forward to more adventures and memories together in this same location in the future!!! Blessings to Joyce and her PDL Team!

Wedding weekend

Overall our experience was pleasant and the house was beautifully decorated. The elevator was extremely helpful with luggage and was a must have for my elderly Aunt and Mother with mobility issues. The bedrooms were mostly accurate as shown in the photos, although I question if all the beds listed as queens are accurate. The king size beds some seemed to be smaller variations but all of the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were a nice size except the full size bed on the 3rdfloor had only enough space for the bed and dresser. The same can be said for the two twins and queen bed in the basement. The views from each room and balcony were as they described and you could nicely see the beach and sound through other homes. The beach access was only a short distance from the house. The most inaccurate description within their listing was the garage and parking and there should be a disclaimer on the property details stating there is only two garage spaces and only one garage door opens and is functional. Although there was plenty enough room for multile cars for parking. We also spent a little time in the pool and enjoyed the added feature. It would have been nice to know where the pool lights were located though. The game room and pool table was a great space for the groom and groomsmen gettng ready before the wedding. You do need take your own paper products and for the price you pay your trash bags and toilet paper should be included. Linens are limited but were sufficient

A good time

Good proximity to the beach. Scattered Bibles that will please the religious without alienating apostates such as myself. Bold choices of decoration. Just a beautiful pool table with mother-of-pearl insets and excellent felt. The neon sign In the rec room seemed like a silly/trendy play for the Instagram crowd. All told, a solid spot!

Rain can not stop a good beach day

The weather was mostly rainy, but there was so much in the house to keep us occupied. We are a group of 12 that have been vacationing together for 11 years. The house provided everything needed.

Wonderful home with private pool and ocean and sound views!!

Our family and friends enjoyed the most wonderful week at this beach house. With the elevator it is absolutely perfect for all ages!! The pool was the perfect place to swim and hang out. The house was spacious enough to gather all together for games and also big enough to spread out on your own as well.

Family Vacation

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Joyce and her maintenance team were outstanding when it came to needing assistance (elevator broke and they had someone out immediately to fix it). Location to the beach was great with easy access. The house comfortably accommodated our entire family.

Perfect house for a large group

We had a group of friends attending a wedding and this house worked out great. There is one bedroom that is a converted closet and really small but other than that it was great.

Need an Upgrade

This is my second time at this property, and nothing has really change. This would be a great property if they would upgrade the lighting, add window dressings. The master bathroom is very outdated and somewhat dangerous is you try to climb up into the tub. Again this year the stove went out and had to be replaced. The internet went out and the modem had to be replaced. The kitchen is small and could be renovated. All of the bed mattress need to be replaced, especially the master bedroom, both sides are lumpy, the middle is the best, so 2 adults trying to fight for the middle. We as a whole enjoyed the visit we didn't let those things get in our way. The kids enjoyed the beach, although we had to walk to get access to the beach. The beach chairs were helpful.

JPFF Christmas 2023 Emerald Isle

Our family came from MI, RI, MD, VA, and PA to celebrate Christmas together. We had 16 adults and a baby. We found the house had ample space for our fun. Loved being able to see ocean and sound and having doors open to the decks. We spent lots of time in the main living area, decks and kitchen. There was ample sleeping accommodation for our family. We had planned for three additional guests who were unable to join us, so ended up not needing the fold out beds in the lower level so cannot assess how they would have been for sleeping. We Loved the elevator!! In general we were quite pleased with the house space and views, beach access. The kitchen was small for cooking for large numbers of people but we made it work, and there were fridges on each of the 3 levels so food storage and the large open kitchen pantry was great. The decorating is interesting… definitely not beachy. I have made a list of some maintenance and repairs needed and sent directly to the owner for addressing prior to further rentals. I would stay consider staying here again.

Annual beach trip

Beautiful house and furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. Great location even though not on the beach. Didn’t look like a beach home. Enjoyed the pool table. Our group is 60 to 80 year-olds, so we apppreciated the elevator that worked well. Thankful to also be able to rent for less than a full week.
