You'll love the retro vibe of this updated flat. It's "in town" (above one of the best restaurants in Pacific Grove) yet the ocean is just a few blocks away. Start your morning with coffee at Juice 'n Java, explore fun shops, restaurants and galleries... or experience the many natural wonders of the Monterey Peninsula. When it's time to kick back, spin an LP on the vintage record player before heading downstairs for great Mexican food (tequila tasting anyone?). The apartment has peeks of the ocean, a new Beautyrest King bed, a den, and a full kitchen (no dishwasher, but with so many great restaurants you probably won't need one). Street parking and city lot (first come, first serve). We'll supply the permit (one car).   Pacific Grove Transient Use License #0477

Hipster Vibe is a great location. You can easily walk down to the ocean at Lover’s Point and you can walk to the cute shops on Pacific Grove’s Main Street. The unit is located right above a great Mexican restaurant which was also a plus for us. Also very close to Monterrey and the aquarium. Ample parking right beside the building.

Great location and clean - nice little place ! Very noisy Monday morning with garbage etc beginning before 6:00am and non stop - that’s the down side to staying downtown . You don’t come here to watch TV but it would be nice to have even local network TV - lots of premium stuff but if you don’t a subscription……..

We loved the location of Hipster Vibe! It's within walking distance to Lover's Point, Cannery Row, and all around Pacific Grove. Walking through the neighborhoods and seeing the plaques on homes that date as far back as the 1880s - such wonderful history in this area! We had a very minor issue one day with our door key code not working and we received immediate, friendly assistance and a new entry code that got us inside within minutes. This kind of responsiveness is so appreciated.Be aware that there is a very popular (and delicious) restaurant located below this unit so there were typical dining and commercial kitchen noises until late in the evening, more noticeable to us because we had the bedroom window open. A cool bonus to this unit is a turntable and vinyl records that we enjoyed every evening as we relaxed after our day's activities. We found a record store a couple of blocks away and were able to find a few more albums of our own to listen to and take home. It was a great way to unwind each day and added to the hipster vibe of it all.Thanks for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyable 3 nite stay in Pacific Grove. Location above a great mexican restaurant great surprise. Closes up by 9 p.m., ish so quite sleep no problem.

We enjoyed our stay here for the week. It is a convenient location to walk to restaurants and other activities. Our only issue was with the bed and the couch in the living room. The bed could probably use a new mattress; it has a low area on one side. The couch in the living room is not real comfortable to sit on; cushions would make it better. Overall it is a great place to stay and close to everything.

Great Location Near Seaside Bike Path

Had a great time. Did some bike riding, the 17 mile tour and aquarium as well as a cooking lesson from Thai is Fun which was excellent!

Plenty of daylight with a view of the bay. Great location. Walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Clean well kept accomodations with plenty of space for a couple. Would rent again without hesitation.

Cozy downtown living

Cozy, close to everything. We happened to book during the “Good Ol Days” festival. Excellent location for this event. We walked everywhere to restaurants, our spa retreat, ocean , festival. Great weekend.

Great getaway

Wonderful location in Pacific Grove- even though it is not ON the water. We loved how close it was to the beach, and also to Lighthouse Ave for early morning coffee, dining, and shopping. Comfortable accommodations, well equipped kitchen, high ceilings, fun records and a great place to relax.

Great location and amazing apartment!

We walked everywhere from this spot. It is walkable to Lovers Point Beach, restaurants, shops, and the Natural History Museum. It is probably the cleanest vacation rental I have every stayed in. It was quiet and had everything we needed. I highly recommend.

Great stay!

Lovely spacious apartment in downtown pacific grove! Just a short drive or 30 min walk to downtown Monterey. I left some items and the manager was kind enough to call and tell me! Very responsive, great service
