The upstairs level is large and an open concept, with ocean views and an expansive ocean-facing deck, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning mist or kicking back with a glass of wine while watching the setting sun. The deck features a comfortable outdoor seating arrangement, dining table with seating for 6 and a barbecue.

The large kitchen will definitely impress anyone who loves to cook, and is fully outfitted with equipment to make a great meal. An open dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and includes seating for 8 at the spacious table.

The great room maintains a comfortable sectional sofa and additional seating. The 75” Samsung smart TV has an attached Sonos sound bar, all of which creates an a great environment for a fun movie night.

Bedroom 3 also features an attached patio, 55" flatscreen TV and has a queen bed A third bathroom in the lower level hallway has a shower/tub combo.

Regarding nearby beaches, tides and ocean currents can carry sand and/or sediment a few feet or hundreds of feet away. Tides and currents (mainly caused by weather factors) are the main way beaches are created, changed, and even destroyed, as the currents move sediment and debris from one place to another. Beaches are constantly changing and may be sandy at times and rocky at others. Your host cannot guarantee a sandy beach.

Minimum 7 night stay required. Saturday check-in and check-out only. Maximum number of guests: 7.
