Great indoors and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. This fenced 18 acre estate has private hiking trails where you will enjoy views for miles. Cozy up to the big stone fireplace for family game night. Prepare a great family meal in our large super well appointed kitchen and dine indoors or outdoors with seating for large groups. Roast marshmallows at the fire pit on lawn. Sit back in one of the many Adirondack chairs with a good book and you just might see the deer come up to graze in the evening. Activities for children include riding toys on the driveway, nerf guns and indoor games, books and toys! Enjoy some quiet time on the back patio with valley views in complete privacy. There is a pen with either goats or ponies located outside the mowed lawn ( let host know if you are interested in feeding or interacting with them). Feel free to walk all enjoying the gravel trails, stairway to sunset views, gardens full of seasonal birds and wide open lawn space for outdoor games. Something for everyone in your family to enjoy while you all have some real quality time together. BEDROOMS KING SUITE with pillow top mattress , kitchenette and en-suite water closet. FAMILY SUITE with queen, twin floor bed, and regular sized pack n play. Plus toys and games. BONUS SUITE. Pillow top KING AND QUEEN beds plus a FULL sized fully bedded floor matress located behind livingroom with a door out to back patio and a half bath nearby. DEN Daybed…converts to FULL BED SOFA … pillows, sheets blankets provided for 2 on sectional. BATHROOMS… tub/ shower combo, separate shower stall room behind laundry and 3 separate toilet / sink water closet rooms. KITCHEN… tons of meal prep counter space, island stove top, double sink , double oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, roasting pan, mixer, crockpot,baking dishes, flatware dishes glassware wine glasses and coffee cups for SERVICE OF 16. The house itself was beautiful. Do wish we had info about the gravel road being so steep just entering the property and that a small car would have a problem getting up the hill My sisters car slipping backwards was a horrifying experience for all of us as she was literally inches from going down the ravine We are very thankful to God that her life was spared and that the story ended well.

We rented the house for a girls weekend to celebrate my friend’s upcoming wedding, the property was gorgeous and well kept. Very peaceful and quiet, and we had a great time!

We loved the view from the back porch. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful!!!! The house was clean and offered enough room for my entire family. The host messaged us back quickly when we had questions.

Perfect family gathering place

This house impressed us from the moment we walked through the door. Large windows with gorgeous views. Nicely appointed with comfortable furniture. Very spacious with large kitchen, living room and back porch. The kitchen had every possible gadget you could want. The hosts provided high quality toiletries, including Doterra products infused essential oils. essential oifor baby

Team Building Trip

Property was very pretty, house was nice and spacious enough for group bonding and building. Overall a good rental, bathroom situation was not fully ideal for a group with teenage boys and girls but was easy to monitor and make use of. Curiosities were also peaked when lights in parts of the house were turned on after the group went to the river and returning to settle in for the night.

Great views!

This property has great views, and is a beautiful property. The only downfall is the bathroom situation. It’s a little awkward only having one bathroom in between 2 bedrooms and the only other shower being in the laundry room. It would have been nice to have a Master Bathroom on the other side of the house that was accessible. Other than that, the host is very accommodating and friendly, and we had a great time!

Spring Break

This property was as advertised, which is not always the case. We stayed one night, to clean up after primitive camping over Spring Break. Hot water and towels were plentiful. The property was clean and contained plenty of beds for our group of seven. A large dining table accommodated a hot game of Risk. The view from the back porch is panoramic and relaxing. I have no problem recommending the property.

Peaceful and awesome.

Loved location, we came all prepared but everything was available. The house was super clean, and big property for hiking around. Best place to stay to meditate and connect with the Nature.

Peaceful Family Getaway

Absolutely beautiful piece of property with a wonderful home. The only issues we had with our trip was that it was extremely hot and the AC did not cool very fast since it is such a large house. It is a very quiet and nice place to get away from town. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home in a beautiful scenery

The house was beautiful! There was plenty of room for all 14 of us to sleep, eat and play. We left some items and the property manager was so kind to let us know and to actually return them to our brother who lives nearby.

This location at the edge of Hill Country TX has gorgeous expansive views with huge windows and a great covered patio. The location is very private and yet also just 10 min drive to Dinosaur Valley State Park and 15 min to the Historic Granbury Square!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This house can sleep up to 14 adults and 2 infants...there are 3 private bedrooms and a few common area sleeping spots for younger guests. It is the perfect home for extended family gatherings. The huge outdoor areas give everyone a chance to play a game on the lawn, ride kid bikes on the driveway or take a family walk on our private road. 3 bathrooms let everyone spread out at clean up time..and a large kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining spaces for family meals!
