This newly listed condo is 200 steps from beach! Conveniently located with walking distance of shops, restaurants and the pier. Idle time is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo so cute and beachy!

Large living room area with sofa and loveseat and television. Dining room and also bar seating off completely remodeled kitchen. Guest bathroom and laundry facilities in hall. Roomy Guest room with Queen bed and television. A

Large Master bedroom with lovely King bed, television and ensuite bathroom. Nice front porch to enjoy the salt air!

Everything was great! The place was very clean and well stocked with towels and cooking utensils. We are already talking about going back next year. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay on Tybee

This was the perfect spot for the four of us. We had a short, 4 night stay while on the island for a wedding. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Very easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in instructions were easy to follow and given prior to our arrival. Adequate number of bath towels, starter supplies for some necessity items, beach equipment, great shower water pressure, refrigerator and airco kept up with the extreme high temps we dealt with during our stay. These are just a few reasons our stay went smooth. The location was handy to walk to beach and restaurants. The parking is rather tricky due to limited space under the units but it is doable. Would recommend this unit.

Another great stay at Tybee!

This condo is perfect! All you need to bring are your clothes and any food you want - everything else you need is there. Melissa is so helpful and her condo is exactly as pictured. This was our second time here and I can't wait to be back!

This Tybee rental was great! It was my first time to Tybee and I did a long weekend trip with my sister. The condo is in a great location to walk places. Close enough to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store is only 8 blocks away. The bedrooms were comfy and the master bedroom was great! Lots of closet space and a nice bathroom. It was just the two of us so we didn’t need a lot, and this is a really great rental. The kitchen had essentials, but not a ton of dishes and cooking tools if you’re trying to cook for multiple people over multiple days (just a heads up for larger groups). It was perfect for what I wanted, expected, and was hoping for.

Relaxing

This place is perfect! Plenty of space and 2 bedroom/2 bath is great!! Everything that you need for a beach vacation is there or an evening in to cook a meal. There is a little more traffic down the street than thought there would be but it never caused us any problems. Definitely recommend.
