Duplex Penthouse In The Sky w/ 360 Views & Hot Tub

Our bright & pleasant 2,000 sq ft luxury home in the sky is your home while we are away. The massive dome skylight and array of windows radiate natural light throughout both floors; and combined with the 2.5 outdoor balcony spaces offering panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, Statue of Liberty, BK to the Verrazzano Bridge, & more, you can't help but feel like you are on top of the big city! Then add some elevators, a hot tub w/ skylight, and you can't help but feel on top of the world!

THE SPACE

The first floor is a high ceiling open floor plan space shared between the living room, dining room, kitchen, half-bathroom, and office nook with standing desk and printer. The living room area has a comfortable white leather couch and cool red Star Trek-like lounge chair, as well as TV, Wii game system, and telescope to check out the stars. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, etc. There is also a small outdoor balcony area off the living room with an incredible view of Manhattan and the South Slope neighborhood, which offers a sweet natural breeze and plenty of light.

The second floor is all about the huge outdoor balcony. It offers a comfortable couch, a gas grill, and views for days of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, Park Slope, and the Greenwood Cemetery. The upstairs bedroom has its own smaller outdoor balcony space with a cafe table, as well as a King-size bed and dresser/closet storage. The second floor bathroom is bedroom-size in its own right, with a large hot tub, shower, bidet, and vanity area.

There is central AC/heat and ceiling fans, which keep the climate perfect throughout all seasons. There is also a one person couch/bed and Queen size air mattress for extra sleeping space if needed.

It is located in the trendy South Slope neighborhood within walking distance to world-famous restaurants, bars, and plenty of grocery options. The Barclays center and downtown Brooklyn's abundance of shopping are only a 2-mile sight-seeing walk or short subway ride away.

We absolutely love our fun, artistic dream house in the sky and are happy to share it with people who would care for it as much as we do.

CLEANING FEE EXPLANATION:
Please note that since we only offer 30 days or more in the space, the cleaning fee includes a full cleaning half-way through your stay, as well as a full cleaning for when your stay is completed. If you are staying for more than one month at a time, there will be a full cleaning 2 weeks in, then 4 weeks in, and so forth.
