Well appointed home that worked really well for our family of four plus small dogs. We had not stayed on the east side of the Lake before and we really enjoyed it with the access to the small country store with great coffee and baked goods and George’s restaurant.

Great house in a great location

The house is exactly as advertised. It was clean, had everything we needed for cooking, lots of things to keep the kids busy. The yard was good for dogs with part of it fenced in and a large part unfenced for the dogs who dont run off. We really enjoyed our time here. It is close to the lake, hiking, and a lot of other activities.

Very nice property, we loved the pool and hot tub. The place was well equipped with all the essentials. Close to town and shopping. We would stay again.

Our families had a great time at the cottage. Very clean both the house and grounds. I would recommend bringing extra towels as there is no washer/dryer.

Cozy Cottage

We had a nice stay at this cozy cottage. There was plenty of room for me, my husband and our 3 young adult kids. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Best part was that we could bring our dog with us.

Home base for the solar eclipse

This was a quiet cottage in the country convenient to Lake George and Whitehall NY. Easy drive to Burlington VT. The cottage was exactly as described in the listing. Great wifi, complete kitchen & plenty of room for a family to spread out. I enjoyed my stay.

We don’t want to leave.

The house was filled with everything you would need for a full week stay. It’s all brand new and decorated beautifully. The pool was our favorite part. It was in great shape and the father came by to make sure it was cleaned. We never wanted to get out. The hot tub was a big hit also. We are ready to schedule another visit before the summer ends. Can’t wait!

This is a very cute cozy cottage, The house was well equipped for our needs, close to the Village of Lake George, and all this has to offer, the pool and hot tub were wonderful features of this cottage. The road can be busy and the traffic travels fast by the house. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit too, if there was one thing would have liked to have during our stay it would be to have outdoor eating table chairs and possibly an umbrella for shade by the pool, but we figured it out. I bought an umbrella, that i needed to replace one at my home anyway, for those of my family that burn easy. The weather in the 90's was wonderful which made the pool warm. Both Sydney and her dad Mike, were very responsive to any of our questions. I would stay here again if vacationing in the Lake George area. Thankful for a wonderful vacation.

Such a Reset, Highly recommended!

We; husband, wife, teenage boy, teenage girl, had an amazing week here in Queensbury. The house and property were well kept, clean, private and easy to navigate. The pool and hot tub were sparkling and so refreshing. It rained a couple of days and that combined with the constant use of the pool and hot tub made having dry towels a challenge. The only way this rental would have been better is if we had use of a dryer. That's being pretty picky but I thought I would put in the one negative in with the pile of positives. We will be staying here again if possible.

Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience! Particularly wonderful was how accessible the host was for any questions, by email or fax (she also gave 2 options for phone calls, but we didn't need those). The place is very well-kept, cheerful, comfortable, functional, nicely decorated, with a large fun pool and hot tub that helped make it really special. But the whole experience was terrific. Very clean, and nicely stocked and arranged kitchen, nice puzzles and games and easy to use TV, nice table, space for all, we even loved the cornhole! As others have mentioned, plan ahead that there is no washer or dryer, but I say that just as an FYI; it didn't present any problems for us, and doesn't take away from what a fantastic week we had there, a real chance to enjoy family time and see the sites very nearby. Thanks!

Lake George family vacation

Property had many upsides, a hot tub and beautiful in ground pool. Lots of room to sleep, full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. It would’ve been nice to have access to a washer/dryer, but other than that, I would recommend.

Great Location and Very Pet-Friendly!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Private and quiet but minutes from Lake George, local activities and shopping. Some things slightly dated. Great TV with streaming options but no local stations/national network channels (cable). Would highly recommend bringing an outdoor umbrella or two for the pool and picnic table areas. Great communication with owner. Overall we highly recommend this property.
