A highlight of the property is its private garden with a heated saltwater pool, comfortable sun loungers, a garden pavilion, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Private parking is available on the premises.
The house is spread across three levels. Ground Floor with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with direct access to a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. A few steps down, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds that can be easily converted into a double bed.
The first-floor attic features a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and two sofa beds, offering flexibility for families or groups.
The entire house is air-conditioned with two AC units—one in the living room and one upstairs in the large bedroom—ensuring comfort throughout the warmer months.

- Pet Policy: Pets up to 15 kg are welcome with prior notice and an additional fee of 15 Eur per day.
- Saltwater pool is available to all guests of the property, with the heating season running from May 1st to October 1st. Outside of the heating season, the unheated pool is still available for guest use.
