Enjoy our Tree House! Just 60 short minutes out of the Treasure Valley to serenity and peace. Relax with the whole family or make it a special outing with just the 2 of you. Centrally located in Terrace Lakes community. Coming soon hot tub will be installed for all guests in October and beyond! Golf 18 holes and then relax on the huge deck with BBQ and fire pit or enjoy many hiking trails with your snowshoes. With 2 master suites and multiple sleeping options, this place has all the flexibility you need! Don't miss your stay in paradise! Unfortunately, we are no longer allowing pets.

Your home is amazing. We really enjoyed our Christmas retreat. Only thing missing was more snow. They were still able to sled some on the hills around the golf course.

Such a nice place to get away and relax (well, as much as you can with 3 small kiddos) for a week. Everyone enjoyed the geo-thermal pool, the small town of Crouch, and the large deck. The kids went on a treasure hunt at the pretty park, a faery hunt, and a Bigfoot hunt around the many walking trails. We saw so many deer and elk and turkey. The house slept 16 so there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. And there was a closet full of toys - as well as a bookshelf filled with books for young readers. I am sure we will all remember this vacation for years to come!

Outstanding weekend experience and perfect place for our family gathering!

We had people arriving from 3 different states, directions and information about the property, Terrace lakes and surrounding areas was very helpful. The keyless entry is very convenient and all aspects of the home felt very secure. The kitchen area was beautiful and very helpful to have all dishes, pans and serving dishes available for meals. New appliances and sparking clean countertops and floors were very appealing. Overhead lights and decor are beautiful. The dining table was the centerpiece and perfect for meals, coffee and conversation with the whole family or smaller groups. We enjoyed the deck immensely. The rooms and common areas were very comfortable, televisions and WiFi access were great. Truly striking inside and a very memorable experience.

The place was very comfortable except it was very hot. They only have one small air conditioner and the first day we were there it was in the high 90s and the house was miserable. I had even read some reviews and took 2 large fans. But the next couple days it was cooler. The house setup is great and a great location.

80th bday celebration

The Tree House is beautiful and set up nicely for large groups. The management is quick to respond. Garden Valley and the surrounding areas have some much adventure and quaintness to offer. We rented UTV and road to Idaho City and back with some small side adventure trails.

Some issues

General facility was fine. Guests were there in early August. One window unit was the „air conditioning“ for the entire house. Too hot at night to sleep. After first night brought in own fans to sleep. One of the beds had defective box springs and mattress partially collapsed.

Great place!

It was a wonderful place, will definitely use it again if we have family get together! Lots of room for family to eat together and play table games, tv in both upstairs and downstairs. Big kitchen, very well stocked with dishes,pans, etc. Great deck area too!

Cute little house in the mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. There were some maintenance and cleaning things that should be handled, but they would not affect our decision to stay again. Those items are: stair railings are loose and wobble with touch - we just avoided using them, outdoor grill was incredibly dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use it. Indoor oven filled the house with white smoke when we were preheating it - I believe this was a cleaning issue where product was just not cleaned out afterward. I notified property mangement and they immediately responded and offered to help, but we had already resolved it. The lower level could use a bug bomb. Other than those minor issues, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed being so close to the pool and golf course.

Wonderful place to stay!

Took my 84 year old mamma my husband and the 2 small dogs. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us. Mom hadnt been out of the valley for 7 years. It was a real treat and was a great set up for mom. Thank tou so much!

Wonderful lighting!

Wonderful lighting for sewing for quilting, and a perfect setup with enough room for the six of us. We all got good sleep with comfortable beds.
