The space
Being very close to Plymouth, but in the country, this beautiful property is peaceful yet close enough to town that supplies and groceries are only a hop and a skip away.
Recently, we started renting out a guest house that is on the same property and found out that we really loved doing it. Because our home is a two family home, we decided to remodel and furnish the other side and also give this a try! After many late nights and early mornings of remodeling, here it is! We want to thank anyone in advance for checking out our listing and/or booking with us! We pride ourselves in being cleaner than a hotel, and providing one of Airbnb's best experiences!
This two family home resides on just under three acres of beautiful lawn and garden which make for great early morning coffee and late night cocktails. We are surrounded by a small woods and fields that stretch for many miles and make for great views.
This house is laid out uniquely with the kitchen, bedroom, living room and half bath on the lower floor. On the upper floor, you will find a master bedroom with a queen, a second bedroom with a queen and a very spacious full bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Nice large areas and walkways make it nice for larger groups. While we have enough beds for 8 people, arrangements can be made for more people that are willing to bring cots, sleeping bags, blow up mattresses, etc...
Additional cleaning fee of $75 (PER PET) per week for pets. Host can adjust fee after booking. Please make us aware of pet upon booking.

Check out by 9:00 am. Sometimes checking out or in later or earlier is allowed based upon other bookings. Feel free to ask!
We may or may not be around when you arrive, so I will give you the pass-code to let yourself in.
