Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our clean, comfy, centrally-located home!
This is an upper level unit. The lower level is also a rental unit. Each unit has their own private entrance.

* 15 minutes from MSP International Airport / MN Zoo
* 12 minutes from Mall of America / TC outlets
* 5 minutes from Lebanon Hills Regional Park (trails, walking, biking)
* Quiet residential street close to local eats + top shops + all the attractions the Twin Cities have to offer.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance and along the alleyway leading to the backyard. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the home or in any area where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Perfect quiet getaway

This was our first time visiting Minneapolis, and we couldn’t have chose a more perfect quiet location within close driving proximity to the mall and the state fair! I highly recommend this location for a family!

The portion of the house we had available was very nice. Furniture/beds were great. The house is lacking some conveniences such as frying pans and quality towels. There were a few items laying about (dirty rag in shower, dirty clothes in closet)The biggest disappointment was that the listing didn't mention that someone would be in the lower level of the home. It would have been nice to know this ahead of visit. Overall it was a fine stay.

Comfy, Safe and wonderful

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is super easy to get to, its far enough away from everything that it's nice and quiet , but close enough that you can easily find things to do , and places to eat. The beds were comfortable, the tv was the perfect size, they had shampoo and bodywash for us, water pressure was great! The house is the perfect size, kitchen had everything we would need . All around we felt comfortable and safe there. The only downside is that the house is a split level, which we did not know, so we came home one day to find someone parked in the driveway , and we could hear a family in the "unit" below us. We thought we had the entire place to ourselves, so that was a little scary. This really should have been noted on the listing especially since it says "entire place" , and where I live houses are one unit, not two. I would not have booked knowing that, felt like it took away from our privacy.

Pretty good stay

Could have been cleaner (there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and stuff stuck to the shelf in the fridge when we got there) but otherwise it was a fairly comfortable stay. You get the upstairs of a split level home, so 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room. The listing does not state that people live in the downstairs portion and it should, because there’s a lot of noise transfer between the two levels and it frequently sounded like someone was going to come into our part of the house.Overall, it was a fairly comfortable stay, but for the price, a few more creature comforts would have been nice. We stayed for over a week and only had one set of towels for each person. There were no hand towels anywhere in the house. A couple of extra blankets would have been handy. Also, it would be cool if the bedrooms would have had lamps. So if any of these are important to you for your stay, you may want to bring your own. There was only one smoke alarm in the hallway, all of the bedrooms were missing their smoke alarms.

Disappointed

The listing is for an entire house. But you do not get the entire house when you rent this. Be aware that you do not get to park in the garage and you do not get any use of the lower level including any sort of laundry. We had access to the upper level of a 1970s split level home. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets that we had to wash before using and there could be a lot more added like lamps by the beds if you wanted to read etc. and other comfort items. It was also really weird that on the Saturday we were there, there were people in the lower level of the house. Maybe doing work or similar, but it was odd to feel like you had a roommate! That said, the rest of the house was fairly clean. The location was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. However, we would not return as it was really overpriced for the space we got.home.

I was expecting an entire house for my family. It wasn’t - it was a bi-level home that separated a family with two very loud children downstairs. We were up very early after a night out celebrating- not what we wanted. We got away to have some R&R but that didn’t happen. We got to the home and wasn’t able to get in due to the batteries that died in the door key lick system. Had to call and wait for someone to come to fix. Over an hour. There wasn’t a working coffee pot which made the early rise even more difficult. Overall not impressed

We pulled up to a house with over flowing trash cans and grass that needed to be cut.The code to open the door didn’t work.We then heard voices in the lower level of the house. Babies crying. The host failed to disclose to us other people were renting the lower level.Lack of hand towels and wash cloths.Whoever was renting below us were big pot smokers, it was a very strong smell.Charged way too much for this house.

We believed we were renting a single-family home. We ended up getting the top half of a split level home with an another unit below. When we arrived, there were workers mowing down the foot tall dandelions that the neighbors do not appreciate. The key code box did not work and so we worked for about an hour to try to get into our rental and the neighbors came to check to see if we were breaking into the home. The batteries were out on the key code box so thankfully, the housekeepers cleaning up the bottom unit were able to go through the inside of the house and let us in. We had to go to the store and buy batteries so that we would be able to leave our rental with the door, locked and functional next time. Our attempts to reach the host were not successful for the first hour or so. We came into the unit to a chirping sound from what we believed were smoke detectors. It turned out the carbon monoxide detector was chirping. We tried to replace the batteries on that and it did not work so we had to leave the detector on the counter with no batteries in it during our entire stay. The unit itself was not completely cleaned. There were food crumbs on the couch and dead ladybugs on the floors. There was a used nicotine pouch on the carpet in the bedroom. In a closet in the bedroom, there was a man’s dirty clothes. The blinds in the kitchen would not open. We have family in the area and will be visiting the Minneapolis area again, but would not choose this location in the future.
