NEW ~ Lakefront Home for the Entire Family

This lakefront home is large enough to comfortably sleep twelve with all the modern amenities you and your guests could want. The large open concept kitchen, dining room and living room provide excellent views of the lake while allowing for everyone to be together. A gas fireplace and comfortable furniture create a cozy setting for you and your guests. The hand-made dining table from trees on the property offers seating for ten. Both bathrooms include large tiled showers, heated floors, separate toilet rooms and plenty of storage. Everything is brand new, including furniture, bedding and linens. Each of the six bunk beds has it's own cubby with a nightlight, combination USB outlet, and shelf.

Post Lake is fed by the Wolf River and spans 1,300 acres. The lake boasts excellent fishing along with multiple bars/restaurants which are accessible from the road and water. The lake house provides easy access to ATV/UTV, snowmobile, cross country ski trails, Mole Lake Casino and Crandon International Off Road Raceway.

Amazing, beautiful place to stay for family vacation. The house has everything u could need n more. With 4 bedrooms and plenty of beds - our group of 6 adults and 3 children, and the layout worked great for us. Beautiful home. The lake was perfect , boating , swiming by dock and jumping off dock, kayaking, bonfires, so much summer fun. Thank you Amanda and Jonathan

Lakeside Escape - Treasure of a Property!

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever booked. This place is highly recommended! Our family of 5 plus grandparents & son’s girlfriend had an amazing getaway. While the weather could’ve been better during our week, it was still such a needed break. From location/privacy/ammenities/cleanliness….just perfect! Coffee on the dock, fishing, kayaking, water sports, rainy day movies, cards & games, campfires - priceless memories. Went bowling in Antigo, visited a farmers market, & dinner/drinks at a local supper club….can’t wait to visit again! Thanks for sharing your amazing property.

Beautiful lake home for large family

The home was immaculately clean and stocked for a perfect week on the lake, we brought our boat and water skied, kayaked and swam. Very quiet, clean lake. We love post lake and are so grateful our family could enjoy it together in such a beautiful home!

Perfect for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. It had everything we needed & more. They thought of everything. The grandkids had fun swimming off the dock & fishing. We have great memories of our vacation.

Wonderful home with so much thoughtful details

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautiful, well supplied, and included so many loving touches that really made us feel welcome. The property owner was also extremely helpful with questions we had during our stay. We didn't realize that the neighbors were very close and while they were friendly and didn't diminish our experience, I did feel a little pressure to keep the kids quieter and not disturb them. Just something to be aware of when deciding if this home is right for you. We made ourselves at home, loved the dock swimming, the kitchen and bar were fantastic for our large group and everyone slept incredibly well. We've been renting homes up North Wisconsin for over 10 years and this was one of the best!

Wonderful lake home on Upper Post lake

Thank you Jon and Amanda for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! It was stocked with everything we needed and then some! Do not bring any extra kitchen utensils or appliances, they thought of everything! There are plenty of dishes, glassware and having the beverage center was great to keep our drinks cold! We loved all the modern amenities and the open concept in the great room/kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice with the heated floors! Having shampoo, soap, garbage bags and extra toilet paper was a bonus too! We had a nice time even though the weather was cold, windy and rainy so we spent a lot of time cooking meals, watching movies, listening to music via blue tooth to their stereo system, doing puzzles, and reading. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but we appreciated having the outdoor shed open with extra chairs and the electric blower so we could inflate our Jet Ski tube and lounge chair. They even have skewers for use for roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. They also have a nice gas and charcoal grill to use as well! We rented a pontoon boat and loved touring both upper and lower Post lakes. Again, all the little things that are so helpful when you rent a place, this house had it all! We hope to come back again in the future!

Beautiful Cabin!

Our stay at the Wells cabin was perfect in so many ways. The cabin is exactly how it is listed on the website and the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful it really is. It is very well stocked with everything you can think of and even more. The view of the lake and sunsets were stunning. We appreciated the great communication with Amanda and Jonathan. You can tell they really take pride in the cabin and ensuring their guests have a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your cabin with our family and friends.

Great place for a relaxing get-away

Everything was very well maintained if not new, our kids had a blast in the bunk beds, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The fire pit was fun, the pier was perfect for fishing & swimming, and the neighbors were very courteous. Good communication with with the owners & would recommend renting from them. Thanks for a great Up North vacation.

Family Vaca

Beautiful home with wonderful amenities. We loved swimming right off the dock, fishing, boating and the sandbars. The Wells have not missed anything in supplies and opportunities to make unforgettable family memories. So many neat details in the home. Large open concept for family meals and games. One night we lost power due to a storm, Amanda contacted us to give an estimate of when power would be back on but we were having so much fun playing games via flashlights!!! We stayed the first week of July and watched fireworks from the dock. The 4th of July Boat Parade was a hoot! Thank you Wells for sharing your incredible retreat.

The Wells Lakehouse

This is a beautiful home away from home! This house has everything you need, very comfortable and spacious! We had plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on the lake as 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, and life jackets are included. We would rent this home again.

Great Family Getaway

The house was everything as advertised & more. Communication with the owner was great & all of our questions were answered. The weather wasn’t ideal for our trip but our group had a great trip. Fishing was steady, enough perch & crappies for a fish fry. The kids loved the bunk room & the main floor had plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this.

Beautiful and relaxing

The home, property and lake were beautiful and relaxing. The water was clean and swimming was right off the dock with a sandy bottom. We rented a jet ski from Eagle River and the lake was perfect for exploring on the jet ski and the available kayaks. The owners were available to answer questions and the area is family friendly. We have already booked for next year!!

Great house on the lake!

Great place on the lake. Quiet area with friendly neighbors.. Kids really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. Wifi and internet service was excellent entire week.. Loads of games and things to keep kids busy..

Heated bathroom floors, heater towel rack, top of the line appliances, high quality finishes, antique decor, brand new beds, linens and towels and enough room for the entire family to sleep comfortably. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the living room, the fire pit or the dock with easy access to quality dining, boat landings, casino, shopping, golf, a variety of trails and local establishments.

New, clean and professionally maintained home built for entertaining. Post Lake offers year-round activities with boating, fishing, ATV/UTV trails in the summer and snowmobiling, cross-country/downhill skiing, snowshoeing and ice fishing in the winter. This part of Wisconsin offers a unique experience that is not overly commercial or overcrowded allowing visitors to escape from busy city life and relax. The stars are absolutely amazing and you've never heard quiet at night like you do here.
