Un montón de espacio para todos en este impresionante 5200 pies cuadrados casa de estilo resort con 6 camas / 6 baños. Cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito, isla grande, zona de comedor que se abre a la habitación familiar que sale 2 patios, chimenea y barbacoa.
Formal sala de estar y comedor fuera de la cocina para todas sus necesidades de entretenimiento. El dormitorio principal cuenta con walk-in closet y baño recién remodelado, gran paseo en la ducha.

Our group of nine senior friends had a great stay for New Year’s at the cholla house. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us easily. we enjoyed the hot tub, but had difficulty programming the functions. The property manager was super helpful and patient in taking care of the problem for us. The location is good, close to shopping and golf. Would stay again.

We loved our stay here! Massive backyard, we grilled, swam, played pickleball and had plenty of room for everyone who stayed plus a few more people who visited during the day. Gorgeous view, games and noodles for the pool, chairs galore and so many comfy beds to sleep in. All the utilities for cooking in the massive kitchen and big tvs for watching the games all weekend long with a fun decor. Site manager was available for communication with any questions we had at any time. Highly recommend this VRBO. It was a weekend we will never forget

We were visiting Arizona to lay a family member to rest. Sad occasion, but this home helped lift spirits. It's a beautiful home and spacious enough to have loved ones together in time of need. The pickle ball and pool helped as well.Management was quick to respond and helpful with all questions that popped up.There is ample parking space, it's quiet in the evenings, close to stores and restaurants!I don't what else I can say, only that we truly appreciated this home!

Can't say enough good things about the people, property and process! These were the best communicators. Everything was clearly laid out, easy to use or find and just terrific. The property itself was incredible. We have a large family and were in town to visit with family. It easily accommodated us and was so comfortable with multiple sitting areas, beautiful yard, numerous fridges and washing machines. It really was perfect for our needs. Location was so convenient for us as well. I can't say enough good things about this experience, just that I hope we have the opportunity to be back and stay here again so soon. Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us!

Golf Trip

This was our second time staying at the Cholla house for a guys golf trip and similar to our first stay .. did not disappoint. The house has everything you need to relax after playing a round or two of golf. Everyone slept comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Can’t recommend this property enough for anyone traveling to the desert. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you next year!

Family time

This was our second time staying here! Perfect for all of us, love that we can play pickleball all day and relax by the pool. Also nice that every couple has their own space.

Great Scottsdale Getaway!

Large house and property made this a perfect space for a bachelor party / golf trip. Enjoy the pool / hot tub post round, or jump on the pickle ball court or putting green if golf isn't for you! Would stay here again next time I visit the area

Fantastic Stay for Our Guys' Trip

This was the perfect spot for our recent golf trip to Scottsdale. Plenty of room and plenty of beds for our group. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court and jacuzzi. The property manager was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues, too. We will definitely return to this location in the future!

Guys Golf Outing

Had a great time at this house. Everything worked as expected, except for the pool and spa heater. Liked the fact that it was stocked with kitchen extras. Didn't have to go out and get condiments or coffee. Really enjoyed the pickleball court.

Large, spacious house in convenient location

This house provides enough beds and bathrooms for a large family or golf group. A great kitchen helps to draw everyone together for meal preparation while the pool/outside patio draws everyone together for dinner. A wonderful choice.

Perfect low-key bachelor party spot

Has all the fixin’s for golf, activity, keeping cool, space. We had a group of 9 guys playing golf and enjoying the dinner scene. Easy ride into old town or out to TPC. Very smooth weekend!

Could not have been better

Easy check in. Excellent house with plenty of room. The backyard and all outside features were excellent- we spent so much time on the pickle ball courts and chipping green. Would love to stay there again on our next golf trip! Awesome house.

Superb stay in Paradise Valley!

Perfect place and stay for guys’ golf/hang trip. House has everything you need and more. Tons of outdoor activities, multiple indoor spaces, nice pool, etc. Matthew and Corrina were very accommodating which was the cherry on top of an already great stay. We’re already looking at dates for next year! Thanks again!

Great spot for a group family spring break!

We loved everything the house has to offer. The backyard provided everything we needed for a week of fun. We spent lots of time playing pickleball, swimming, hot tubing, and playing bags. The location was close to lots of great hikes, golf, restaurants and stores. The set up was perfect for our group of 5 families - everyone couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own little attached "apartment". Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Vacation Rental Home Great for Canadians

This house was wonderful to call home for our 4 day football trip. Everyone loved it and the house manager was very helpful with information and assisting us with a variety of needs. The property was very well maintained and clean. The backyard has alot of amenities including pool, hottub, putting greens (with balls and clubs) to keep you busy throughout the day. I would definitely stay at this location again the next time I visit phoenix.

Great backyard, lots of room, as advertised

Had a great weekend at the house. It was really spacious so everyone had their own privacy. The backyard was the highlight and we were able to make the most of the weekend out there. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants, as well as golf courses. The pool heat didn’t work out and there was some confusion/miscommunication during checkout, but overall this was a great place for a weekend trip.

Perfect for guys weekend

We had a fantastic stay at the Cholla House. Our group had 11 guys and the house fit everyone comfortably. The house is so big we forgot about the "extra room" off the garage which had even more beds/bathrooms/kitchenette. We spent most of the time in the backyard enjoying pickleball, the pool and other games. The house had everything we needed and kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. The house was close to the airport and Old Town - would recommend to anyone visiting the PHX/Scottsdale area.
