INSIDE:
Step into this cozy cabin featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, all thoughtfully designed with an open-concept living area. Stay connected with fast WiFi and enjoy entertainment options like an arcade game and Smart TVs, ready to stream your favorite shows.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind, complete with a newly added large sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of games for family fun. And for some added enjoyment, dive into the Pac-Man arcade game for hours of entertainment.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals, including a coffee pot for brewed coffee or K-cups, a crockpot, blender, and toaster. The large dining room table with banquette seating comfortably fits the whole group for meals or game nights.

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a plush king bed, nightstands, a Roku TV, a tall dresser, and a freestanding wardrobe for extra storage. A desk and chair are also available for those who need to work while on vacation. The guest rooms each feature two comfy queen beds, a nightstand, a closet for extra storage, and a Roku TV. Plus, a mini crib and high chair are available for those traveling with little ones.

The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for convenience during your stay.

OUTSIDE:
The expansive deck offers an outdoor dining table, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Guests can unwind in the spacious hot tub or gather around the wood-burning fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. A propane grill, with propane provided, is ready for grilling up your favorite meals. Additionally, the large, sloped front yard is unfenced, providing a peaceful space to enjoy the outdoors during your stay.

POOL/FISHING:
During your stay, you will have access to a seasonal community pool as well as a catch and release fishing pond. The pool is open May – September and is located 9 miles down the road in beautiful Wears Valley. Typical pool hours are 10am-6pm and typical fishing pond hours are dawn until dusk. These hours may vary due to the season and weather. We do not have control over seasonality, operating hours or temporary closures due to maintenance.

We are just a short drive off Wears Valley Road and only 3 miles to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, which has everything needed for your perfect vacation. There are a couple twists and turns as you make your way down the wooded drive to the cabin, but nothing the average vehicle can’t handle. Pay close attention to the street signs if arriving at night as they can be easily missed.

STARTER PACK:
Guest will be provided with a stater pack that includes toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Please note that this is a standard starter pack and guests will have to provide anything beyond this, should these items run out, as durations in stay vary.

PARKING/DRIVEWAY:
There is plenty of parking for 4 vehicles, but you may be able to fit more depending on the size. Our driveway has a moderately steep incline and may require chains/4x4 in snow/icy conditions. We recommend wide turns in/out of the driveway to prevent scraping of low vehicles.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the whole cabin during their stay except the owner's closet located in the primary bedroom. Please do not tamper with the lock on this closet.
