The apartment, located on the tenth floor, has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with bathtubs, and a comfortable living-dining-kitchen area. It is air-conditioned in winter. The modern building has 24-hour security.

Keyless entry is much more convenient for groups. The main door has a digital lock, so in case of unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or late arrival times, you won't have to worry, as the access code will be sent in advance.

- The reservation does not include replenishment of toiletries (toilet paper, soap, dish soap).
- The reservation does not include food, bottled water, coffee, sugar, etc.
- For the use of common areas, the host must reserve the space one day in advance, after coordinating with the guest.
