The condo was clean and well decorated

The location and view are great. The condo was clean and well decorated. Kitchen had a lot of supplies for meal preparation and hosting, but minimal spices and staples. Beautiful stained glass, wood beams, and tile, cozy space. The kiva fireplace wasn't used by us, but a nice addition to the room. Mostly quiet neighborhood.

Great southwestern character

We love staying here. The room had great southwestern character. They are quiet, even more after about 10-11pm when occasional vehicles nearby quiet down. Some rooms have mountain or city views, mostly from the northern buildings. It's only a 15 minute walk to downtown, which spares you the challenge of finding parking.

Freezing cold inside the unit

Not much to say that was good about our condo. I do not normally leave a bad review but it was three days until the condo was bearable because it was so cold. We turned up the heat but it could not do the job. It faced the north so that was part of the problem. No fireplace and I rented it thinking there would be one It was cheaply built and looks like it has never been upgraded for at least 20 years. We were very disappointed in the unit. Only good thing is that it was well located.

Sante Fe Experience

Our accommodations were very nice spacious for the 2 of us. Loved the fireplace. I did not give this an excellent rating because of a few things: long black hairs in the shower on the tile walls, the TV did not work out first night there and there were no games, cards available. We also showed the maintenance man the small freezer was frosted up and needed defrosting. We couldn't even get a small bag of ice in it. We had to tell him twice and it was never repaired. No instructions or controls for thermostat. Must have been preprogrammed but it was cold during the day and we cooked at night. Bed was comfortable but creaky, every time you rolled over. There was a makeup wash cloth which is nice but only one other washcloth for showering. All in all we would stay again. Great location! Check in easy.

Comfortable Santa Fe base

On a rise above town, three minutes walk from the spectacular viewing point for sunsets at Cross of the Martyrs, this was a great base for seeing Santa Fe. Convenient for the Plaza, with a 15 min walk and morning runs overlooking the town the bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped, ant sumptuous sofas to relax at the end of the day.

Enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay here during a long weekend in Santa Fe. The location is a nice 10 minute walk to the plaza (uphill on the way back). Check-in was very smooth and the common areas are very nice. The kitchen was functional and seemed to have everything needed. The refrigerator is not full size but still felt large enough for most vacation plans. We slept well in the bed and found it comfortable. Thanks to the hosts for a great experience!
