This gorgeous 4 bedroom/4 bathroom town home is only steps away from the Woodward Chairlift and the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School. Great location for beginners and experienced skiers and riders!

Lower level: King Suite with a king bed and full bath plus the flexibility to be an additional living area with the conversion of the murphy bed into a couch. Access to the private outdoor hot tub. The lower level also offers a full size washer and dryer.

2nd Level: Large great room complete with a surround sound system. Full bath on this level as well as a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. This great room has a queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a large island, seperate ice maker, two large beverage refrigerators, breakfast bar as well as large dining area. There is also a full bathroom. Enjoy the private deck.

3rd Level: Master Suite with king bed, gas fire place, and wonderful view overlooking the chairlift and Ten Mile Creek. The Master bath has a nice soaking tub and walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

Guest bedroom with king bed and full bath in the hallway.

The 4th bedroom has a pair of twin/full bunk beds with a TV.

There is a full size washer and dryer on this level as well.

There is parking in the large, private 2 car heated garage, which has plenty of room to store all your gear for you to enjoy in the Rocky Mountains!

Guests will be able to use the free "Copper Coach" shuttle to get to East and Center Villages if you prefer not to walk.

Parking: One car may be parked outside of the private garage attached to unit and one additional vehicle parked directly behind garage door. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Alpine Lot.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset.

Wi-Fi is included with your stay.

Great Location!!!

This property is absolutely perfect for a family ski vacation. The location is perfect for young children to learn to ski. The location is an easy, approximate two block, walk to the children's ski school.This our third year staying in this property and we will be back for out fourth year if at all possible.

Beautiful, comfortable home suitable for all age groups visiting

This lovely home was exactly as pictured and very thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need. Plenty of space for 4 couples and a 3-year old so very easy to gather around the table for a big family dinner or find a quiet space for some time apart. Short walk to lifts. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Enjoyable Stay

With little ones in tow, we benefited greatly from the ski-in, ski-out set up of this lodging--just a short walk each way to/from the Woodward chairlift. We also enjoyed our short evening walks to and from a variety of restaurants located at Center Village.

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was perfect for our family of 10. It is well appointed and everything we needed was present. The location was excellent with easy access to the Woodward chair and the ski school. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. An easy 10.

A wonderful week of skiing with excellent accommodations.

Our adventure at Copper Mountain was a memorable one for our family. The skiing was superb and the condo was convenient to the lifts, and well-appointed in every way. We would definitely rent this condo on a trip back which may be in the near future.

Best place we have ever stayed. The house is exceptional.

Stunning home with all the luxuries of a high end rental. The home is 50 feet from the lift and walking distance to the village. This is the nicest place we have stayed in the last 5 years.

ANNUAL SKI TRIP

WE COME TO COPPER EVERY YEAR FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS WITH OUR 4 CHILDREN. THIS WAS A GREAT PRPERTY TO STAY IN. IT IS CLOSE TO CENTER VILLAGE AND THE SKI LIFT. WE STAYED FOR A WEEK AND HAD A GREAT TIME! WE ARE PLANNING ON STAYING AGAIN AT THIS PROPERTY NEXT YEAR!

Great location

Best part about this stay was the easy walk to the lifts. Our group of adults also liked the layout of the townhouse, comfortable beds, large dining table, well supplied kitchen, and communal hang out space. The boot drying room is really nice. An issue with the WiFi was resolved in a timely manner and communication on that was responsive. Issue with minor and non critical kitchen appliances was not taken care of but it did not negatively impact our stay. Nice stay near the slopes.

ANOTHER WONDERFUL STAY

This is the second year my family and I stayed at this property at Copper Mountain Resort. As with our previous stay we found this property excellent for all of our purposes. Having the Ski School for children located just a few steps from the townhouse proved to be perfect. If all goes well this year my family and I would love to visit again.

Great location, well appointed

Perfect location for kids in ski school at West Village. Very short walk to ski school as well as WWE lift. This unit has EVERYTHING you need in it and is very warm and homey. Be sure and run the humidifiers!

Excellent location/access

Easy walk to lift and kids ski-school. Everything clean, up-to-date and well-kept. Great kitchen for cooking. 10 min walk to center village, and easy on-demand shuttle service all around Copper. Beautiful to sit in hot tub watching snow fall after a day on the slopes. Owners were attentive. This is our 15th trip to this townhome with our two families - and we will be back!

First Class

This property is First Class in every way. This was the second year in a row that we stayed here with our family. Great location for beginner and expert skiers. So many extra features that are included with this property….the boot warming room was certainly a favorite. Nick, the owner, was responsive and accommodative.

Exceeded our expectations!

The house exceeded our expectations! The location was a short walking distance to the lift. They have every detail covered to make your ski vacation perfect…heated garage with storage for all your equipment, dry rack for boots and gloves, organized storage and outlets in the foyer. The house was well equipped with everything you need to make great meals. Very comfortable beds and lots of space for relaxing. The host was quick to respond to communication and very friendly. Would highly recommend and we plan to return!

Best Stay in Copper

Best house we've visited in Copper. It's the little things that make this place so user friendly - all the hooks for ski gear and towels, heated garage with hooks and shelves for ski gear, heated closet for wet gloves and boots, several shelves at the entry, trash cans everywhere you need one, ice machine, beverage cooler, plug ins where you need them, spacious pantry to store food. The owners have thought of the most common sense items and incorporated them into the home. We loved the layout and decor and all the little touches that added convenience- it felt like home. We hope to be back again!

Excellent property

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. The location was excellent for my three year old granddaughter to attend ski school. We loved that it was just a short walk to the school and for the lift to take the adults up the mountain. We were all impressed with the large amount of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and prep space. Only two small negatives - the beverage cooler was incredibly loud. There was too much floral spray used on the linens. We would consider renting this unit again when we visit Copper Mountain.

Ultimate Ski Rental

Every detail about this unit was planned to make our vacation easy. You don’t realize the little details that most condos are missing until you have stayed here. Plenty of space, extra fridge for drinks, large capacity washer/dryer, huge kitchen, pantry, and dining area. The first floor spaces for storing skis, drying boots and gloves, and keeping everything organized was fantastic. Perfect location if you have little ones in ski school. Less than a 5 minute walk to the lifts in West Village and bus stop.

Great property!!

This was a really great property. You can tell the condo is cared for by very hospitable hosts - so many thoughtful touches throughout! We loved the kitchen and large dining table. The private hot tub was a real hit. The master bed was remarkably comfortable, and the master suite was lovely overall. Just to help with planning for upcoming guests, it's worth noting the hot tub is accessed through the lower floor bedroom. So better availability to the hot tub if only the 3 upper bedrooms are needed. Also, if you are planning to work remotely, the large dining table and kitchen island are really the only work spaces available. This was our favorite rental at Copper!

This home is perfect for a large family vacation. It is very comfortable and extremely well appointed! Access to the mountain just outside back door with a short walk to either west village lodge or central village. The heated garage and gear storage organization are top notch! The property manager and owner were very attentive to our needs. They were quick to respond to any concerns and questions we had. The mountain is grate for skiers of all levels. The shopping, dining and activity options in the main village were very good. Check out Arie, the restaurant on the mountain. The menu is fantastic! We had a wonderful family Christmas on the mountain and highly recommend this property. Thank you Nick and Tracie for being great hosts! See you next time.

Wonderful ski condo!

This is an amazing ski in/ ski out property. Many places advertise as such, but this is the best location we have ever found. It is an easy walk to Woodward lift and West Village for quick access to the lifts, but also an easy walk back into Center village for shopping and dining. Wonderful high end amenities and surprising comfort features such heated mattresses, automatic lights, heated floors, and a well equipped kitchen puts this property above many others. The separate heated boot/ gloves/ equipment room and large garage makes this property among the best you can find at Copper Mountain. The only thing we found slightly disappointing was the overall cleanliness of the property. The important things were clean.. beds, baths ect.. but the kitchen appliances, pots and pans were dirty and needed to be washed before using.

We are from St. Louis, MO and have been coming to Copper for 15 years. Our kids have learned to ski on this Mountain and we have endless good memories here.

In our opinion, this is the best location in Copper. It is uniquely situated in between Center Village and West Village. We are a short walk from all of the restaurants/concerts in Center Village and 50 feet away from the Woodward lift at West Village and Ski School.

No matter the season, our property is conveniently close to the only lift that runs all year long. It is tucked away and feels private while being close to all of the action.
