Casa Costa sits along the first road parallel to the beach, just steps from the main Guiones entrance. From sunrise surf sessions to sunset strolls, the ocean is right at your doorstep. Restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are all within easy walking distance, making this one of the most convenient and sought-after locations in Nosara.

Note: There is active construction next to the property, permitted seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Noise may be present during your stay.

LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
