Welcome to The Beach House 2!

Price Reduction due to construction on Tuna St through April 30, 2026 arrival!

Enjoy newly renovated absolute beachfront on the North end of Anna Maria. Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, North of Pine Avenue on beautiful Anna Maria Island, The Beach House 2 is a spectacular beach retreat. This Old Florida beach house on the outside, the interior has been remodeled and updated with all the comforts of a family home. Step outside the living area onto the covered patio and enjoy the dune and sea oat views right in front of you. There is a path leading you to the warm, turquoise Gulf waters.

The sitting area on the patio is a great cocktail hour spot before heading to one of the fabulous restaurants to be found on the island. If you are looking to accommodate a party larger than 6, you may also reserve The Beach House, which is located directly next door and sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

EXTERIOR

The beach dunes and salty air will greet you when you step outside onto the large back patio area. There is plenty of seating and a gas grill for your cooking pleasure.

There is also an outdoor shower to rise off after your day on the beach.

There is one covered parking space in the on-site garage and enough room for two additional cars in the driveway.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

On the beach beauty!

The property was on the beach. Very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. Easy to get to the beach. On a very quiet street. I would love to stay again.

Very enjoyable stay

The property was very nice and in close proximity to beach and the shops, restaurants on Pine Avenue. We enjoyed the green space right outside our porch and it was an ideal place for morning coffee. I would suggest some additional items in the kitchen: there was no blender, pitcher, only 6 plates, and no oven mits, colander, etc. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Family birthday celebration

The home has been beautifully redone and the staff were terrific. It was more expensive than other beach properties we have stayed of similar design. The kitchen needs a few items: hand towels, oven mitts, mixer and more plates would be helpful. thank you

Wonderful beachfront home!

LOVED our stay! This is a beachfront home on Anna Maria island! We loved the covered back porch when it was time to take a break with the kiddos from the beach. We regularly saw 2 tortoises and a bunny right on the lawn! The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach and there is a door that leads into the main bathroom right beside it! So no tracking sand all over the house! It was super nice having a washer and dryer in the garage. There are a few beach items to use as well, such as an umbrella and chairs. The house is beautiful and very well kept. We were so pleased with our stay and hope to stay again!
