WELCOME TO TRI CITIES!
4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath modern farmhouse style home in wine country. Beautiful farmhouse style home built in 2022, in the heart of Washington wine country, located in a new neighborhood.

This home offers over 2,200 square feet of comfort and relaxation! Located in central Kennewick, less than five minutes from the Southridge sports complex with easy access to the freeway, over 200 wineries within 50 miles, shopping, parks, splash pads, not to mention the golf courses!

AMENITIES
This gorgeous, open concept, 4 bedroom home, sleeps 11 guests
Living Room: Open and bright, with a comfortable, oversized feather sectional.
Kitchen: Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, pantry, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware and dishware to service 10 people as well as kid friendly dishes.
Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer (Detergent & dryer sheets included).
2 ½ Bathrooms
4 Bedrooms: Master suite includes a king bed, soaking tub, shower, and double vanity, 3 other bedrooms upstairs, one offering a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. There’s also a den featuring a twin bed and a sleeper sofa, with a tv. Additionally, there is a crib in the master bedroom and a pack n play in the closet.
Entertainment: 65” Roku flat panel Smart TV in living room. High speed internet.
Central heat and A/C throughout
Located in a quiet neighborhood.

Friendly hosts, nice house, great neighborhood!!

Nice house and friendly hosts in a nice neighborhood. We had a few small issues, but the hosts were quick to respond and rectify them promptly. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay

We were in town for the Pendleton Round-Up. It was a bit of a drive, but we enjoyed not being in the crazy all the time 😂 Any questions I had were answered immediately.

Truly an exceptional stay

We rented the house while in town for a gymnastics competition. So it was a family of 4 and our dog. House was exceptionally well appointed and very clean. We LOVED our stay and will plan on renting again next year when back. Location was extremely close to restaurants and a walmart for food shopping. Could not say enough great things the proper and our interactions with the property manager.

Easy access to a lot of parts of the town

The house was large and had an amazing amount of rooms, beds, and space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we used every day. The hosts were very responsive to our questions via the app and email. The house itself was located near a highway with easy access to getting around town to do things. We stayed there for a baby shower and it was awesome for our large party. A couple of things we noticed which weren't really a problem for us was that we found was some items were missing so we made sure the hosts knew upon our arrival. The cleanliness of the living room was poor (chips and cookies under the couch cushions, hats and card games under the couch). The only reason we looked under these things was to find the missing TV remote. All other areas were cleaned properly. The shower curtain in the upstairs guess room was barely installed and fell off the wall at the first use of that shower. However, it was put on the wall and installed correctly (tighten a bit more) with no other problems afterwards. Overall, small things we didn't mind and took care of ourselves and the place was exactly what we needed for our trip. I would highly recommend for those looking to stay in the area.

Perfect stay

We stayed in this home for my sons wedding in Richland. We had a rehearsal dinner in the backyard which worked out great. Loved the location being close to everything. The home was roomy, comfortable, very clean, and stylishly decorated. I also appreciated the garage area where we were able to work on flowers. 👌🏼

PNW Family Vacation

We were in the Tri-Cities area visiting family and were so happy to have found your amazingly comfy home to reconnect and relax. The huge couch was a favorite, and made for a great spot for movie/gaming nights. Thoughtful touches throughout, including plenty of comfy bedding, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. We’re grateful for such a great week filled with lots of fantastic memories in Kennewick.

Great for groups

Reserved for a team trip - great location not far from many amenities and the river. Lots of space for gathering and sleeping. Perfect spot - hope to reserve again for next year's get together.

Excellent hosts and great family location

The house is great for families with kids who also want to bring along the family pet. We stayed for a family reunion and the house was perfect. There’s a wonderful large soak tub for kids to play in, or adults to soak in. Everything you need is provided, the kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of space to spread out. It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were super at communicating and we highly recommend the stay. Having this as home base made our family reunion trip easy. Thanks so much for providing such a lovely home away from home.
