A stylish and comfortable experience awaits you at this centrally-located residence. Embrace Florida living while relaxing in the high end hot tub, grill out and cheers around the fire table. The property is located in a prime location in trendy Seminole Heights known for its eclectic hipster vibe, fantastic dining and entertainment options. A few steps from the home is a lovely waterfront park, playground, walking path, floating dock. Within 10 mins to most of the city’s prime attractions. We gladly offer a 5% discount to military and first responders.
The home has been curated to appease even the most discerning traveler. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner lot home is around 1,430 sf and sleeps up to 8 (best suited for either 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults+child) and has a hot tub. Enjoy a coffee & tea bar complete with Verissmo Espresso maker, Cusinart drip coffee maker and cup specific hot water dispenser, ground coffee and assortment of teas. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in the bedrooms... because sleeping in on vacay is a must! Beds are high quality memory foam (Nectar). There is a stackable washer and dryer for your use located in the kitchen. There is ample parking including room for an RV. If you are bringing your RV please disclose to host prior to for approval. The bedrooms are not huge, but the common areas are...nice sized kitchen, dinning space and large living room. For entertainment there is a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room and a wall mounted smart TV in the primary bedroom. The TVs DO NOT have cable however, they are smart TVs where you can log into your streaming services. There is a Skeet Ball Game and dueling karaoke bluetooth microphones for fun. The kitchen is equip with quality cookware, silverware, dinnerware and glassware. The master bathroom has a rainfall shower head and the 2nd bath boast a large garden tub and LED Bluetooth mirror. The closet in the hall is a supply closet for cleaners and is to remained locked. It is not for guest access. There is a ring door bell device located on the right of the front door that has audio and video surveillance. The video and audio ring doorbell camera only shows views of the driveway and entryway. The host reserves the right to access and review the audio and video footage at any time during a guest stay. The camera is there for the guest safety.

We rented this house because the listing said it could accommodate 8 people with the following setup: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds in one bedroom, 1 twin bunk bed and 1 queen in another, and 1 queen bed in a third room. That way, two couples with kids could share comfortably. In reality, the house has only one king bed in one bedroom, one queen in another, and a bunk bed in the third. This means the house really works for 3 couples at most (with only 2 bathrooms), not for 8 individual guests unless they share beds.Another big issue was the jacuzzi. The host instructed us to open it at least an hour before using it because of the chemicals, but even after being open the whole day, the smell was extremely strong. We tried using it once, and our eyes burned immediately—it is not safe for children and not really usable. The container of bromine tablets was even left next to it, which made the patio uncomfortable for kids to play.Additionally, when a few family members stopped by just to say hello (not to stay overnight, not a party), we informed the host out of courtesy, and her response was that they had to leave immediately because the house only allows 8 guests. That felt unnecessary since we were respectful and followed the rules.Other things to note: the TV in the living room could not be used because there was no remote. On the positive side, the house was very clean and well located.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was very accommodating. The house was so cute and comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and had a park just at by the end of by the road. We were only about 15 minutes from Bush Gardens and Raymond James Stadium. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Place!

Very comfortable house, great location, great neighborhood! Although it's quite close to downtown Tampa, it is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved having the park just down the block for walks in the afternoon or evening. The spa was fantastic! We would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing stay

We all loved the house. There was plenty of room for everyone in the kitchen and living room. We really enjoyed the back yard and hot tub. The area is nice around the house. There is a great park near the river that is only a block away. There were many places around to eat. I would absolutely come back to this house in the future.

Spring Training Weekend

Four of us stayed at the house for three nights. The house is nicely decorated and had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The hot tub is a nice perk. The location is in an established and quiet neighborhhod but not far from major highways and points of interest. The host is very responsive in answering any questions you may have. I definitely recommend this place.

I recently booked a VRBO for my birthday weekend, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The property itself was absolutely stunning. It was immaculately clean and had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedrooms are as pictured and beautifully decorated, and the living areas were the perfect place to relax and catch up with friends. But what really made our stay so special was the attention to detail provided by Briana. She had thought of everything design wise and it was clear that she truly cared about making our stay as wonderful as possible. The location of the property was also ideal. We were just a short drive from all the best attractions and activities in the area, but still felt like we were in our own private oasis. Overall, I can't recommend this VRBO highly enough. If you're looking for a beautiful (Instagram worthy) and comfortable property for a group getaway, this is the place to book. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Great House!

This lovely house is perfect for families. Close to Fort Campbell, the Clarksville Greenway Trail, shopping and the Casino. The house is nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen has the all necessities so that you can cook and serve meals. Games, books and toys for the family to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have owed the property for years and even lived there. We fell in love with the community and location. The property has such a great vibe to it. It's well appointed and carefully decorated, but doesn't make you feel like you can't touch anything, a comfortable space indeed.

The location is ideal and there's a beautiful river front park across the street with walking trails, playground, gazebo, kayak launch....the perfect picnic spot.
