Relax in a peaceful mountain cabin retreat with a private hot tub under the stars and easy drive access to Lake Nottely’s beach, marina, and fishing. This quiet, fully stocked two-bedroom cabin is ideal for couples or small groups seeking a calm, uncrowded getaway.

This is a 100% non-smoker / non-vaper accommodation.
Please do not book if anyone in your party smokes or vapes at any time or anywhere, including tobacco, hemp, or cannabis. Due to severe medical sensitivity, exposure from clothing, belongings, or residue is not safe.

The cabin is centrally located:
* 18 minutes from Blairsville
* Approximately 25 minutes from Blue Ridge
* Approximately 25 minutes from Murphy, NC
Enjoy easy access to mountain towns, festivals, shopping, dining, and outdoor adventures — while returning each evening to a quieter, less crowded setting.
In addition to Lake Nottely, guests have easy access to several nearby lakes within about 30 minutes, including Lake Blue Ridge, Lake Hiawassee, and Lake Chatuge, which offers multiple access points in both Georgia and North Carolina, including a water park near Hiawassee.

*Private 2-person hot tub under the stars with wooded, private views.
*Screened porch with rocking chairs.
*Open deck with Weber charcoal grill (grill tools, chimney starter, and fire starters provided — just bring charcoal).
This is a peaceful retreat designed for relaxation. This is not a party house.
🚤 Lake, Marina, Beach & Fishing
The cabin is located next to Lake Nottely in a quiet residential area.
While there is no direct lake access from the property, you can walk a short block to see the lake at the end of the road.
Easy drive access includes:
* Marina less than 0.5 mile away (boat, and tube rentals available seasonally).
*Seasonal white sand swimming beach 3.6 miles away (free beach pass provided).
*Year-round fishing access 4 miles away (all fishing gear provided)
Year-round public boat ramp 4 miles away.
Guests are welcome to bring their own water toys — plenty of parking space is available. Beach and boat rentals are seasonal.
Fishing gear includes poles, line, bobbers, pliers, and some bait. A Georgia fishing license is required and can be purchased locally.

*Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a 32” TV with Firestick.
*Central heat and air with guest-controlled thermostat.
*Spacious bathroom with tub, dual shower heads, handheld sprayer, and heated bidet seat.
*Comfortable living room with couch, recliner, chair with ottoman, and a 55” TV
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for four.
🍳 Fully Stocked for Convenience
The kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig, cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses.
The cabin is stocked with:
Full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and men’s 3-in-1 wash
Individually wrapped soap, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and makeup remover wipes.
Towels, washcloths, and beach towels
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks, orange juice, and fresh eggs from my two hens (no roosters)
***All you need to bring are clothes, food, and charcoal.

*Fiber-optic internet with 500 Mbps up / 500 Mbps down.
*Firesticks on all TVs with a cable-style streaming service and Netflix always available. Other streaming services offered as well.

This is a private upstairs cabin with no shared guest spaces. The owner lives downstairs in a separate apartment. Guest privacy is a top priority, and you will not be disturbed unless there is an emergency.

Hosting has been a wonderful way for me to share my love of the North Georgia mountains while earning income that allows me to travel and spend time visiting family, which I deeply value.

Living on-site allows me to offer a fully private cabin at a lower nightly rate than many comparable listings — especially for a home with a private outdoor hot tub and close access to Lake Nottely.
Guests rent the entire main level of the cabin, which includes a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and all living spaces. There is no one above you, and no shared guest spaces. Not even the driveway. I live in a separate apartment downstairs with one cat.
Privacy is extremely important to me. In over five years of hosting, I’ve only encountered a few guests briefly, and most guests tell me they didn’t even realize I was there.
My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable and undisturbed throughout your stay.
