Cabin is next to Lake Nottely, 4 miles to fishing and white sand beach, free pass provided for beach. All fishing gear and beach gear provided. Under 1 mile to boat rental.

Feel free to bring your own water toys. I have room to park them, and a year-round boat ramp 4 miles from me.

Beach and boat rental is seasonal.

All you need are Clothes, Food, and Charcoal I provide everything else.

No kids under 10. Ask me before reserving if you have a well-behaved, slightly younger child.

*** I hardly ever rent back to back; I mostly rent just on weekends, 6 night max. Everything is washed in HOT water using Tide Hygienic, sheets, and towels are bleached; everything not bleachable is washed with white vinegar, which is a disinfectant. Every surface is sprayed with lysol or wiped with Clorox wipes; wipes are also provided for your use. The heat pump has a Merv 13 filter.

**No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on property. I am highly allergic, and it gets in furniture even if smoking outside so the No Smokers is VERY important. Thank you so much!! <3 . Please DO NOT book if you smoke or vape.**

Cabin has central heat and air you control thermostat, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, main bedroom has 32 inch TV with firestick (has cable and Netflix always) and a blu ray player. A 3rd bed for a flat $20.00 charge which is a high profile queen blow up mattress is available upon request and can be set up in living room (does make living room very cramped).

A large bathroom with a tub, 2 shower heads including hand held, and a bidet seat with heated water and seat, living room has a couch, Huge recliner, a chair with ottoman, and a 55 inch 3D TV with firestick, and blu ray player. There is an eat-in kitchen with a table that seats 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove, toaster, blender, microwave, Keurig, cookware, utensils, plates, silverware, and glasses. A screened in porch with 2 rocking chairs and 3 folding chairs (welcome to take these to beach/ lake or move where ever you need them), and an open deck that has grill, and hot tub.

****This is essentially an upstairs apartment nothing is shared. I do live downstairs, your privacy is my utmost priority you will not see me unless there is an emergency. ***

Weber Charcoal Grill is available. Everything except charcoal and food is provided. It has a rapid fire chimney to get coals ready quick, lighter cubes, and grill kit. No lighter fluid is even needed; just use wax cubes and rapid fire chimney.

***Cabin has fiber optic internet with wifi speeds 100 up and 100 down. TVs both have firesticks with a cable like service with DVR, at the moment YouTube TV and Netflix. At times, I also have regular Hulu, Amazon prime, Paramount +, Disney +, and HBO max, but I always have Netflix and a cable like service, including local channels(Atlanta).

Eggs, KCUPS coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc., orange juice, and snacks are provided.

1/2 mile from house is a marina that rents boats, tubes and jetskis. They also have a LARGE deck overlooking the water, and on weekends in summer, they have live music. They also serve wine and beer, occasionally food.

3.6 miles from house is Poteete Creek Campground I supply paid pass for you (Open April to October). They have a swimming beach, fishing, Grills, picnic tables and a boat ramp so feel free to bring your water toys. I have tons of room to park them.

I provide beach towels, beach umbrella, beach bag, beach blanket, small cooler, and chairs for lake as well as a grill utensil kit.

*** Fishing 4 miles from Cabin year round, I provide all gear needed. Including poles, line, bobbers, pliers, even some bait! There is a bait shop 4 miles away as well. You do need to get a fishing license in Georgia, sold at Walmart.

Full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, men's 3 in 1 wash, individually wrapped soap, individual lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup remover towelettes, shower cap, towels, and washcloths. I try to think of everything, so just grab your clothes, food, and charcoal and come and ENJOY THE CABIN!

The fireplace in the living room is only for emergency heat.

Check out is 10:30 am late check out is usually not an option.

Outdoor cameras are located on property for my safety and yours. They do not face hot tub but do cover whole property.

Anything I can do to make it more special, please just ask. For a fee, I can get groceries and have them in fridge for you or pick up a cake, flowers, rose petals on bed, etc.
