Washer and dryer are available for your use in the unfinished basement. Driveway available for parking.

This home and host were top notch! The fenced back yard and the ice in the freezer were great perks! The host went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. Great place to stay, close to everything!

Would definitely stay again. The owner was great! She was flexible and was very prompt with communication. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with our stay.

Nice two bedroom house in a convenient location. The fenced-in backyard was great for our two small dogs, the bed was very comfortable, and the central AC worked well. Host was responsive and a good communicator. The only inconvenience was the loud traffic noise, but we slept well anyway.

Very handy to every place we were going. On main road but was not too much of an issue since the location is good. Host was very quick to respond to an inquiry. Great for the dog too. Just a nice house for a weeks stay! We will rebook for our next visit.

From the cute front steps to the awesome back deck & fenced in yard - this place had everything we needed. Thoughtful towels at the back door for dirty paws, fireflies giving us a show at night. Quaint, clean, close to town. Only negative is the road noise at all hours - would suggest black out shades in the bedrooms, otherwise it was a great stay!

The house was clean and well equipped, but smelled musty and is dated. The host is attentive and on point. Overall, it was safe and the location is convenient to many amenities. There were no ants or any type of pest, like there were at the last air b&b I stayed at. I would recommend it to friends and family and I would stay there again.

Fantastic little house!

This location was perfect for my family. We brought along an air mattress for our daughter, and it easily fit in the Master bedroom. The fenced yard was nice for our dog to play in. Close to everything we needed to drive to during our stay. Looks small, but surprisingly roomy inside! Very warm and cozy. Would stay again!

Just the perfect little house for the night

Just in town to make dinner for our college kid. House was just perfect for a small evening as a family. House is on a main road morning traffic wasn’t a big deal but it is a holiday week. Could be loud if you are looking for a sleep in day.

As advertised

Property was as advertised. Had no issues, host even had it ready 2 hours early granted our drive took a bit longer so we checked in at normal check in time.Back yard was nice and clean no dog poop or anything. Would highly recommend, we used it to have an easter weekend while in town for a card tournament and the in laws were only 2 hours away so was able to see family and play in our tournament and have easter egg hunts and not be in a hotel. Everything worked out great.

Good Stay

The house was exactly as listed on line, but could use some storage containers for food leftovers. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom for the wife's blow dryer. The living room had a slight musty smell when you first walked in, could be because the house was closed up before we got there. The fenced in backyard was so nice for our pets. What a plus.Did not have to worry about them. The location is perfect except for all the traffic noise. The house is very close to a main road through town. I would stay there again if we were in the area.

Cozy, clean house in a convenient location

Property comes as advertised. Very comfortable house with everything you need. The backyard is a safe, secure spot for your dog. Great location for getting in and out of Peoria. We were in town for a wedding, and it worked out perfectly. Would stay again.
