Bring the entire family or group of friends and experience the island life in this newly updated lovely beach cottage on Amelia Island. This beautiful home is centrally located and is approximately ½ mile from the beach, 2 miles from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, and super close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, parks, and shopping. Equipped with , BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS and MORE-- everything you need to enjoy the island life during your stay!

This bright and airy home features a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with all the cooking essentials needed for your stay, including a Keurig. The newly-updated kitchen includes a microwave and oven, as well as a full refrigerator/freezer. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and large TV with streaming services- perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a TV. The third bedroom has a two twin beds and a TV.

For your convenience, the home is stocked with an iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, broom/ dust pan, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and beach towels.

Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, coffee, and trash bags.

Comfortable and convenient

Great one level house which has everything you need. The yard is much larger than pictured and great for our dog. The property is in a residential neighborhood close to the beach and historic downtown, but you will need to drive or use the golf cart. Too far for walking! We stayed for a week, but this property would be good for a longer term rental as well.

Family Vacation

This rental was perfect for families with dogs. Both my parents and sister each have a dog. Previously, when I'd visit, they'd stay for a little while and then have to return home to take care of the pets. This was the first time, everyone was able to stay the entire time. There was a fantastically large fenced in yard for the animals to play. The wifi had a strong signal and there were smart TV's in every room.

Great house!

This house is so charming! Beautifully decorated and updated. It is close to everything. Never drove more than 10 minutes to any place we wanted to visit. Quiet, well kept neighborhood too. Lots of extra touches like charging cords and blocks, Keurig coffee maker with pods and flavored syrups, grill set up ready to go, beach chairs, towels, toys and a golf cart! Did I mention a TV in every room? My husband was in heaven! The host is very quick to respond to any question you might have. Loved our visit to Ameila Island. Hope to visit again soon.

Girlfriends Trip

Hi Brittany: I just wanted to tell you that my girlfriends and I enjoyed our trip this weekend. It slept us all perfectly. Our only complaint is the cottage is very damp and we noticed mold around one of the vents in the sitting room next to the kitchen. Two others besides myself have allergies to mold and mildew. When we left, all of us were congested due to allergies. We suggest you leave dehumidifiers on in the house and unplug them when no one is renting it, and give it a good thorough cleaning. Overall, the cottage is in a great location, was reasonably priced, and the availability of the golf cart was fun. We enjoyed it.

Great location, but needs a few things.

Master bedroom sliding door had no lock. Just a stick in the rail. Bathrooms and bedroom doors had no locks on the doors. The house smelled clean when we arrived but after walking barefoot through the house it was apparent the floors were not The property sleeps 6 but the table was a 4 person table so we couldn’t sit together for meals and there was no other tables. Overall we enjoyed the house. The property management addressed the golf cart issue pretty quickly so we were ok but not completely thrilled with the price versus the features.

Just perfect!

We had an amazing time at this house. It was beautifully decorated and super clean with a lot of special touches. The location was perfect and the golf cart was a huge plus. The owners did a spectacular job and offered a lot in the home to make our vacation extra special and stress free. Our boys loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood too. We will definitely be back next year!!

2022 Birthday Trip

Decided to come back to Amelia Island for my birthday. The location of the house is great, close to everything. Only thing to make it better would be an ocean view.

Very nicely updated home

The owners have done a great job remodeling and updating the home. It’s very clean and modern looking. The fenced in back yard was also a big plus, the dogs loved it! It was just a short ride to the beach on the golf cart. And we used the golf cart for going to restaurants, mini golf and getting ice cream, which was a lot of fun! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Amelia Island.
