This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in the heart of East Nashville! Just a short walk from East Nashville Beer Works and to the beloved Crema Coffee. If you're interested in visiting downtown, this house is a 10 minute ride to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, or Bridgestone Arena. If you fancy staying in for dinner, you will have access to a full kitchen and grill. Other amenities include off street parking, WiFi, coffee maker, and small work space. We hope you enjoy your stay!

What a treasure to find this spotless, well-appointed home centrally located in Nashville. The layout accommodated our elderly mother with the first level bedroom and walk-in shower. The house was large enough to allow us family time as well as private time in the three bedrooms (two upstairs). Just a terrific stay!

We attended our family reunion and this was a great house for us. The house was clean and tidy. The description was exactly as advertised. The location was great for all of our activities.

Hot temps in Nashville

Loved walking into the air conditioned coolness of this clean and tastefully decorated home with its three bedrooms and two baths. We appreciated the ground level master bedroom and walk in shower. The stairway seemed steep (especially with a heavy suitcase) but there's a banister and it's well-lit. Host Tyler was extremely responsive with an issue about house soap supplies, and the items were delivered within hours. We had a rental car so the East Nashville location was convenient to local restaurants (like Folk, Noko, Mura, Five Daughters Bakery, etc.) The house was well-supplied, and the refrigerator with a cold water tap and ice cubes on demand was a relief from Nashville's 90 plus temps and high humidity. Because of our long stay, we did use the washing machine and dryer. (And there's lots of hangers in each of the three closets.) We were a little surprised by high parking fees downtown, but the ample driveway in front of the East Nashville house has room for several cars. The location was great for ventures to The Listening Room, Grand Ole Opry backstage tour, The National Museum of African American Music, Frist Art Museum, Tennessee State Museum, Andrew Jackson's Hermitage, Cheekwood gardens, and Mammoth Caves 90 minutes away in Kentucky. Highly recommended property for adult groups with gracious hosting by Tyler and Katie. (Lock box entry had no problems.)

Quick trip

I brought my family to Nashville for a short stay to just experience the music, food and sights.Great house with room for everyone and close to everything we wanted to see.Highly recommend this and the coffee shop just around the corner.

Metallica at Nissian

Me a a copule of friends visited Nashvile to watch Metallica at Nissian stadium. The house was within an extremely reasonable distance to the stadium and everything we wanted to do there. You can tell a lot of work and care had been put into the house and was very reasonable priced. A good time was had by all 10/10

A Perfect Escape

The house was exactly as listed. Very comfy. I especially like that there was a bed and bath on the 1st floor to give us some separation. Nashville is a LOUD, ACTIVE, VERY BUSY city and we are late 30s, early 40s so we wanted to visit the city but enjoy peace and quiet at our VRBO and this was PERFECT for that! Also, the HOSTS were amazing. They were kind, they understand hospitality and they were responsive and helpful when we reached out. They didn't treat us like a bother. They were probably the only thing better than the house itself. And the host can make or break your stay because you can't be perfection to everyone but you can make people feel good and that is what they did! And their check in and check out instructions were timely, detailed and easy to follow. My only complaint if I had to think of anything was there were no screens on the windows. Maybe it's a local thing but that felt weird to us so we didn't really open the windows because when we did a huge fly got it, duh! Lol But we didn't HAVE to open anything. The house was LOVELY without it. I would DEFINITELY return.

Cute house, good hosts.

This house is cute and well kept. It’s a good fit for several adults. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. The owners provide lots of good detail. There is a cute coffee shop and pizza/beer hall (with great pizza) within walking distance, but not much else. Neighborhood is ok at best. You will have to drive or Ride Share everywhere.

So Happy We Stayed Here

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was great; plenty of space, close to downtown Nashville. I could not recommend it more. I will want to stay when we come back in the fall. Thank you again Tyler & Katie

Great getaway in Nashville

What an incredible find!! Beautiful home with master downstairs for easy access and peace and quiet from the upstairs bedrooms. Spacious closets and gorgeous kitchen!! Can’t wait to go back next year!

Girls Trip to Nashville

Stayed here for the weekend with friends. Location was in reasonable driving distance to where we wanted to go. Check in/out was easy. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Family Trip

We came to Nashville as a family. We attended a wedding and a first birthday party. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The downstairs is nice and open with a nice amount of seat so we were able to be together and comfortable whether we were cooking or watching TV. I was a bit concerned about neighborhood but we had no issues. Nashville is a busy city but full of southern hospitality. I would search for availability of this property if we were to visit Nashville as a family again.

Leisure + Business Trip

Neighborhood looked kinda sketchy, at 1st impression, but was actually quiet & comfortable. The house is great! Clean & Cozy. We liked that the temp could be controlled upstairs & downstairs. Convenient location for us too.
