So many fun things to do in Eloy, Arizona City and Casa Grande - Sky Diving, hot air balloon rides, bike races, atving, hiking, sightseeing, and more. Relax underneath the palm trees next to the fire pit or in the spa watching the gorgeous Arizona sunset reflecting off the serene private lake. Sunrises and sunsets are OUTSTANDING!!! Waterfowl and wildlife abound. Stunningly beautiful and so peaceful. Outside BBQ and dining bar, gas fire pit, hot tub and screened porch make this home a premier outdoor treasure. The newly remodeled house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, electric fireplace, large TVs, & designated office/desk. Sleeps 6.

Do not unplug the 3 security system cameras before talking to us-it activates the alarm system. We can take them offline at your request. No problem.
The boat is off limits to guests - sorry. The liability is too risky. The lake is not filtered well right now. Don't swim in it.
The garage is not for guest use and is off limits, too.

Great place to stay in Arizona City

Property was very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Lake access and back yard was so pretty and beautifully landscaped. Julie the hostess was very responsive to our questions. We will be going back in the future and hopefully spend more time at the property.

A great place to stay and explore from

A beautiful home, with an awesome backyard. We spent 3 nights here, and loved this home. Tons of room, a cool PacMac game table in the living room, an outdoor hot tub, and a cozy outdoor fire. And great scenery in every direction. Thank you Julie and Troy for the wonderful opportunity to stay in your home.

We loved our time here! Beautiful back yard on the lake, quiet neighborhood, and a lovely home. Julie and Troy were responsive and great to work with. The weather was terrible and we still enjoyed our stay!

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked with all necessities. The hot tub was excellent, the outside fireplace was very relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The catch and release fishing was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

I stayed with my Mom as we visited my Aunt and Uncle who live in town. The place was clean and the photos represented the property well. My only regret is that we were so busy we didn't get to spend much time there and once you get there you'll eant to just hang out!

Family Fun

This property was located right off Paradise Lake and we could see the ducks swimmimg around. Great outdoor entertainment area. Huge TV, very nice sound system. Spacious and clean. We will be back.

Get away from the cold up north!

It was great… when you book properties online it is always a surprise when you get there. We found this property because we had been in Surprise visiting family and we wanted next to come to the Tucson area. We had family in Casa Grande and thoroughly enjoyed them and our road tris to Tucson, Tombstone, Bisbee, etc.

Perfect

Enjoyed our short week in this house, everything was clean and well maintained. We gathered around the outdoor fire pit and told tall tales till after dark. The outside kitchen was perfect for grilling and entertaining. Thanks for providing such a nice home away from home.

Awesome Arizona City property!

We stayed a week in this awesome Arizona City house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. As wonderful as the house was, the backyard area was even better! We used the gas firepit several times which was very nice on cool Arizona evenings. We also enjoyed the hot tub one night which was very nice too. The views over the lake were so relaxing. The reservation from start to finish was very smooth with excellent communication from the owner. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Working in Eloy

We stayed at this place for a month while working in the area. Very comfortable, clean house. The back yard is really nice. The lake was clean and really nice views in the evenings. Definitely would stay again.
