Self Check in/out for this private upstairs, 800 square foot studio that has 270° views of the area, including a view of Mt. Susitna on clear days. With a LOT of beautiful, natural light, your view of the area (in three directions!) gives you a complete Alaskan experience.

Space includes 1 open room featuring a queen sized bed, 1 futon, full kitchen, living/ dining area and bathroom with a walk in shower. Kitchen has a gas stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, toaster and microwave. TV can be seen from every area of the space.

A very clean studio!

The place is very clean and nice. It is on a busy street- thankfully earplugs are provided. Easy access to Anchorage and surrounding areas. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Our stay was great! Plenty of space in this studio for 2! Loved that there were earplugs and eye masks because it was definitely sunny late and traffic late at night. I do wish there were more towels though and also, there was trash left from previous tenants. You can hear the folks below too, the walls aren’t sound proof. Overall stay was great though!

What We Needed!

This clean, comfortable apartment worked great for us this weekend. We typically cook in and didn’t feel we had what we needed to do so, though they do have basics. Also, we had a minor issue and the property manager replied and took care of it quickly.

The studio apartment was updated and clean. We did not spend much time there but we needed something close to the airport. Quick 7 min drive. Easy drive to groceries and dining.

Efficient & Spacious

We stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament and it was perfect for us. Full kitchen, just a small refrigerator. Lots of open space for moving around. It was clean and easy to get to Kincaid for the games. The bed was comfortable, the futon wasn't great for sleeping but the provided air mattress worked great.

My son slept on the futon, and described it like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I thought since it said sleeps 3 there would of been an extra bed, the room had a lot of square footage.

The property worked for two of us. We feel it was unsafe when we arrived to find the gas stove had been left on without a flame. The rental was full of gas. We noticed it when we came down with headaches and stomach aches. No detection device was in the rental. We had not touched the stove before we discovered the problem. We contacted the property owner. They offered us a $50 refund for our three night stay. We refused the money. Our lives are worth more than $50. This is a very dangerous situation and could have caused an explosion. If you stay here please check that a detector has been placed near the floor to detect unburned gas.

Just right

Communication with the owner was really easy, everything was clear from where to park to how to get in. Just over a mile to where I was working so that was a plus, too.

Nice place

The property was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed. Location was good. The only negative was that there were no blackout blinds and it was very light. Although there were eye masks which were a little difficult to get use to. I had never used them before. With the addition of darker blinds, we would definitely stay there again.

Very clean

We had some complications and needed an earlier check-in time. The host was great and did what she could to make that happen. The studio is very clean. The queen bed is comfortable. The futon would only be suitable for a small child. I tried to nap on it and its extremely uncomfortable! If you want to cook, the kitchen is minimally supplied. Only one big pot and one small pot. There were no supplies like baggies or foil. We were there a week and they only left one extra trash bag. It is a bright open space with lots of windows. We were very comfortable there.

Very nice place

Room was very spacious and private. We were in the upstairs suite. The room was well stocked with everyday essentials like cook utensils, paper towels, bathroom items, etc. I would recommend bringing a eye mask. They provided one to each of us, but I wasn't a big fan of it. No blackout curtains in the room, so it was always light out.
