Summary:
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath split-level condo (2nd and 3rd floors) at Sea Sands Condos in Port Aransas is well appointed and clean with comfortable fixings. There are two private balconies (one on each level) to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Guests can use the Coral Cay boardwalk to get to and from the beach.

Perfect for a larger group, this unit can sleep up to 10!! Two bedrooms have a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds.

The Space:

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath split-level condo (2nd and 3rd floors) at Sea Sands Condos in Port Aransas is well appointed and clean with comfortable fixings. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen televisions with cable. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens into the living area, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials.

There is a lovely community swimming pool for the kids to enjoy. The complex also has a community laundry facility and free wireless internet.

If you are a fisherman, there is ample parking for a boat (bay boats, no large or offshore boats), and the in-town location means you are just minutes from all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Port Aransas has to offer!

Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of 3 standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served.

WINTER TEXAN RATE. November 1-March 1 at $1900 monthly + fees.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
- age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve a property.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday. Our hours in the Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are 9-6 Monday-Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday. Please get in touch with our office if you need assistance.

Great place to stay at! Very clean and well kept. ONLY downfall was the AC. It was really hot the whole time but was at the beach majority of the time anyways.

Loved it!
Great condo! Perfect for a quick weekend getaway, worked perfectly with our kids to have the pool when they got tired of the beach! Close beach access, close to town for the Candy Shop, Pizzeria, DG, Bron’s and more! Neighbors were friendly and very nice! Very clean, great wifi, cold AC, everything was more than expected!

Great place.
There are a few quirks in the place. We had ten people stay, five adults and five kids. The bedrooms were nice size and everyone had a place to sleep. The interior design was good, nautical in nature. The dinning table only has enough chairs and space for six. We had some of the younger kids eat in the living room. There are not enough plates, bowls or cups for ten. We ended up using paper plates, etc., the entire time. It make it easier to clean up too.

Great location for our stay.
Well furnished and comfortable apartment for our needs. A few small maintenance issues but most taken care of quickly after we notified the office (ice maker still not working properly).

Nice house! BYOS- bring your own salt
I assumed that staples like salt/ pepper and trash bags would be at a beach rental since that has been my experience. In the past. Inconvenient to not have them when needed, but we just bought some. The house is really nice.
