The exact address is 2, Denkolgu street, next to Solunska street and the pedestrian part of Vitosha blvd. The closest metro station is 5 min. walk and the area is quiet, central and safe. There is a supermarket next door and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The apartment itself features two separate bedrooms, a living room with kitchen corner, a bathroom and three balconies. The total area is approximately 110 sq.m. which makes the apartment spacious and comfortable for your short or long term rent.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances like oven, top burners, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, there is a hot water boiler in case you need.
We also provide cable TV with lots of channels, free fast and reliable Wi-Fi.For your convenience we offer you maid service every 7 days - change of bed linen and fresh towels.
