The property offered us the getaway from chicago we had hoped and K'lene did everything possible to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Property and property owner were outstanding. The best! Home was clean and up to date with every supply one could think of and K’Lene was so responsive to any need.

Perfect stay!

My fiancée and I stayed at K’Lene’s home for about a month. It exceeded all of our expectations! The home is spacious for only having two bedrooms as there is a large office, full dining room, and TV Den. We both worked remotely for the entire month and had no trouble finding space to take conference calls. The WiFi was great too. There is a TV in every room (seriously, every one). Beds were large and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need (many pots / pans, baking dishes, Tupperware, spices, etc). There is a nice keurig machine (the one with all the options). Location wise, it’s a golfer / hiker paradise. You are right on Troon north and a short drive from other courses. Rounds are expensive so I would recommend a Troon card if you plan to play often. For hiking, we tried a new trail almost every weekend and never drove more than 20 minutes. There is a nice Safeway for groceries about 12 minutes away. For restaurants, a lot of good options are about a 15 minute drive. Downtown / old town Scottsdale is closer to 30. We took Ubers once or twice and they were quite affordable, but I definitely recommend having a car. The grill at the golf course is within walking distance if you’d like to avoid driving some nights. The community is gated, quiet, and has a pool / hot tub that we used a handful of times. We had our dog with us and the neighborhood streets are very dog friendly with low traffic and plenty of other dogs to meet. Last but not least, nothing beats waking up to the sunrise over the desert! 11/10 stay overall. Thank you K’Lene for sharing your home with us!

This home is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated with amazing views of Troon North Golf Resort. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for entertaining. Large OPEN kitchen and multiple family rooms. Large screen TV's are located in every room! The home has 2 master suites (upstairs and down) to allow for maximum privacy. Both have full bathrooms inside the suites.
2-car Garage available.

The neighborhood is gated, friendly and welcoming!
