Wake up to the sounds of the bay rolling in as you stroll down a two hundred foot fishing pier to watch dolphins. You can spend your days relaxing by the bay, exploring the local community scene, or fishing with one of our expert guides.

I live in the area & I'm available by phone or message to assist.

San Leon features a handful of great restaurants, whether you want some great Tex-Mex and a margarita or you would like to have your fresh catch prepared for you at the local seafood joint. Tons of bars and honky tonks around. We are also conveniently located just south of Kemah and all the shopping, restaurants, activities, and bars the Boardwalk has to offer.

Easy to get around by car. Taxi/Uber/Lyft services available.

Guest must sign and comply with the rental agreement in order to stay. We also require a government-issued photo ID and security deposit on all bookings.

We welcome up to 2 pets. It is charged $125 per pet. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience.Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If evidence of pets on these surfaces is found, the security deposit will be withheld to cover the deep cleaning fee.

Great Stay

Very clean property and the 3rd party property management company is very responsive if you have any questions. The view from the back deck of the home onto Galveston Bay is both beautiful and quite stunning. I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay.

Nice property

The home and host were wonderful and responsive, was nice and modern, well decorated, great a/c. Fishing was good off the pier and liked that there was lights, water and plugs on the private pier. Overall, it was a nice relaxing trip that was much needed. There was a leak above the microwave, but they checked on it quickly and offered to fix it, but it still worked and we opted to wait for them to fix it since such a short trip for us. Also, requested more washcloths and hand towels, which they quickly provided. I would stay again there.This part Not their fault, but bring mosquito spray (realized later it was nice that there was mosquito spray under sink in kitchen so nice) and be very careful for fire ant piles or just ants in the grass. Also I think there were fleas probably in grass as I know my dogs did not have them, but found a couple on them and us inside. We got lots of bug bites (mosquitoes were just so much like 10-20 on you when walked outside), but there was citronella candle by pier they provided. Like I said property is great but the bugs we wish we were better prepared for. It was nice we got.to have our 2 little Chihuahuas with us as was pet friendly. The refundable deposit and non-refundable pet fees were much more than I have paid at other properties in the past, which is I guess on the Trip Key company itself, not necessarily VRBO. It would have been a great price overall, but after all that and other fees were added, it was more expensive than expected.

Beautiful Bay Views

We enjoyed our stay very much! The bay views are breath taking! We caught fish from the pier. The interior was clean and beautifully decorated. I received compliments from my family the entire stay. They were very impressed with our accommodations. Great family get away!

Short but sweet!!

This was an impromptu weekend getaway and it was great! Very easy to find, quiet and awesome. I highly recommend because you're right on the bayfront.

Amazing getaway

We had an amazing time, the location can be any better. The home was so clean easily accessible and the communication leading up to check in was great. We had rented a golf cart as well and they had it at the property waiting for us upon arrival. They were in constant communication with us our entire stay to make sure that everything was good and we didn’t need anything, They went above and beyond for us, we will be a returning customer for sure
