Lakehouse in Alton Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee - sandy beach -spacious level lot.

This idyllic Lakehouse sits on the water's edge of beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. The secluded level lot is situated on a peninsula where you have a spacious yard, sandy beach unobstructed views and spectacular sunrises!! You will find peace and tranquility here while you enjoy the fresh mountain air and serene atmosphere. This is the perfect spot to sit back and unwind with your family/friends. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room. The cottage features one full bath and a fully equipped galley kitchen. Towels and linens are provided. There is access to the clothes dryer, however there is no use of the washing machine where we are on a septic system. There are two smart T.V's with internet and cable (bring your passwords). We ask that there are no more than 6 people sleeping at the house for the duration of your stay (strictly enforced). We also ask that there is no more than 10 people on the premises at any given time. This property has a large dock with two available boat slips which you are welcome to use. The middle slip is occupied as you may see the owner as they take the boat out for an afternoon cruise. Otherwise, you have access to the two additional slips. The water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming/activities. Please note, the boat house is completely off-limits (strictly enforced.) The grounds are neatly landscaped with lush grass and plenty of yard space. The patio area has a large table by the gas grill. The patio also features lounge chairs where you can enjoy the all-day sun that this property provides. Not a sun lover - no problem... there are plenty of shady trees in the yard to get away from the hot summer sun. We are only a few miles from Alton Bay where you can find a breakfast, lunch or dinner spot. We love our fur babies and want to welcome yours as long as they are well behaved. No one likes incessant barking. We also ask that you are mindful and keep your furry friends away from all the wildlife as well as our neighbors. We work to protect all of nature's creatures and expect you to do the same. Please take the time to walk your dog. We ask that you do NOT let your pets do their business in the yard. There are plenty of walking paths right up the driveway. As pet owners, we know it is difficult to find these type of vacation properties that allows pets... so please be mindful of etiquette. We want to ensure our grass area remains welcoming for all our guests.

Please review the House Rules prior to booking. The following house rules are strictly enforced. If these rules are violated, you will be asked to the leave the property immediately with no monies refunded.

-6 PERSON MAX (no more than 6 registered guests - including children - sleeping at the premises.
The acceptance of these rules will also be confirmed by the guest in writing in the signed rental agreement. Also, please note, guests acknowledge that they have full knowledge of the external video camera in place on the driveway, boathouse/docks, patio, yard and beach area. These cameras will be in use during the duration of your rental period and the guests hereby consent to the use of the same. Cameras will only be viewed if necessary. This is for everyone's safety and protection.
