Welcome to this cheerful and clean 3 br home. This home features a wall of windows that adds beautiful light throughout. It is children and dog friendly with a fenced yard on a quiet street. Take a walk around Capitol Beach Lake (across the street) and you might see a variety of wild life.

5 minute drive to downtown for dining and fun including Hay Market, Railyard, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Memorial Stadium, The Lied center & more! You're within 2 miles of I-80 and close to the airport and UNL.
The space is simple and bright with a white kitchen, granite counter tops, large tv, patio with fenced back yard.

Pictures were a lot nicer than what appeared. Nice backyard with fire pit was pictured, but when we arrived there was no fire pit, yard was overgrown and cobwebs everywhere. We were not able to use the outdoor space. The hall bathroom had either freezing cold or scalding hot water. We were only able to use one bathroom with 6 people. For the amount of money we paid I expected much more. I am sorry to have to post a negative review, but I do feel this is a very deceiving property from pictures posted.

This property is excellent!! It is exactly as described in the listing and pictures and is very well-maintained in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Communication with Sarah was wonderful and very helpful. We stayed at this property for two weeks with our dogs and have nothing but great things to say about the property. We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Family stay for funeral

The outside/yard very weedy, full of ants. Inside was tidy, but a deep cleaning is needed. Unsure if the bath mats, blankets were clean as they had an odor. Kitchen counters were sticky and needed wipe down when we got there, fridge had smell. There are zero smoke/co2 detectors in home. Dirt behind doors and in air vents, blowing cob webs. Dead ants in corners of rooms. Showers were in desperate need to attention. One was extremely hot or extremely cold, the other was rusted and shower head was almost scaled off. Fridge filter needed changed as was beeping. Paint/repairs unfinished. Scarey laundry room. Will not recommend or stay again.

Relaxing

We didn't get to stay in this rental because of the weather, but the hosts worked with us and we were able to stay in a different property of theirs this weekend. The host is very responsive, respectful, and absolutely wonderful to work with. They make everything as simple as they can. Their property was absolutely spotless and well taken care of and cleaned. The neighborhood was peaceful and within a great distance of many attractions, and it was super easy to get to and from. I am 100% going to book with them they next time we are headed to Lincoln!

Nice house, very clean and great host

Good location for getting downtown quick. Dog loved the fenced yard. Communication with host was very easy and they responded quickly to any questions. Recoomend!

Great place

Great little bungalow in Lincoln! Stayed for a weekend with friends and family while attending a Husker’s game. Great location. Easy to find. Comfortable beds, nice sheets and very usable space. Appreciate the space and the service! Many thanks!

Great location!

We had a nice time staying here. The beds were super comfortable and after a long day of travel-just what the doctor ordered. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Location is perfect. It’s close to everything and there’s a nice lake right across the street. I would recommend staying here and we will again!

Perfect for Nebraska games

We traveled from out of state to Lincoln for a football game. We had a wonderful stay at this property. Close to the stadium and other nearby attractions. The property was described perfectly in the communication from the host was on point. This property fit our needs wonderfully and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Almost perfect

We really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location for spending time with extended family in Lincoln. My only complaint is that the shower in the main bathroom was nonfunctional. The water was either hot or cold. There was no way to mix the two.

Loved the welcome gifts!

The hosts are very very friendly and responsive … and golden retriever lovers. They left dog biscuits for my girls, as well as snacks for us! We enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday at the property. It has a great proximity to downtown. And the huge living room TV was awesome!

This place is warm

If you don't mind a nice place that is warm this is a gem. Very clean. Very nice. No AC. Who knew it would be 90+ degrees at the end of September. Thank God on bedroom had a ceiling fan and the windows worked. Great place though. Incredible TV.

This place was perfect. Close to everything without being in the middle of it. The house managers were great with communication. And the muffins were really sweet. We left at 4am so I hope we got everything done:) thank you all so much!

Love this place!

Checkin was quick and easy thanks to the owner (vrbo app was doing some weird password loop and I couldn't get access there so stoked she was able to quickly help). Love the vintage house with modern upgrades. Super quiet too, so much that I didn't hear a 3" rain overnight!

Place was ok.

No access to the lake across the street and no path to walk around the lake. Place had what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Cobwebs and bugs outside front door and no screen/glass on the screen door. The owners/managers did well with having everything we needed including a snack basket. But overall the place was a little disappointing.
