Great Visit

This property was great! Everything matched what was on the listing. This was our annual Family Trip and it was amazing. My mom loves to get her children and grandkids under one roof for a couple days to enjoy eachother. The community pool was a big hit!

Great for couples

We did a family couples trip and it was a great stay. Everyone had their own private bathroom and no room was a bad room pool was great. Would definitely book again

THE BEST

The vacation rental was everything we imagined and more. The rental look just like the pictures that were posted online. There were a few minor things that must have happened prior to our stay. THE STAY WAS AWESOME!

Nice place for a family get together

The house was a great size for our family vacation. A few things that may need to be looked at are the beds, a couple might need to be rotated as they were starting to show wear, the pool is not heated, just the room it’s in and there weren’t near enough towels, missing hand towels in almost every bathroom and only one hand towel in kitchen. Also owner might want to check the stairs going up from pool as one board was loose and we kept having to put back in place

Everything was as we expected. Amazing location. The pool table could be downstairs instead and the cleaning well the dusting could be a little better.

Loved this house, plenty of rooms with big beds in each room. Grandkids loved the pool. A few setbacks were there was no key to unlock the pool alarm so someone had to come out at 10pm. We were instructed to leave the alarm out of the pool. We never did get a replacement. We were told that there was a large family stay there before us with lots of kids. He found a broken tie that he believed held the key in the bathroom floor. We could find the remote to the tv on the upper deck. We later saw a remote on the ground behind the house with trash from previous guests. We had to have someone come out on a separate occasion for a leak in the kitchen roof, just inside the front door.

Awesome Cabin and stay

This is one of the properties I would love to visit again. The location is accessible from all the near by attractions. We felt like staying at home. All the bedrooms had king size beds. You get everything under one roof - pool, gaming area, steam bath, jacuzzis…. If you have kids and planning for a family or friends vacation in Gatlinburg, I highly recommend this cabin. Kids will love this cabin. Overall our stay was awesome!

Wonderful stay except for:

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful house, loved the pool, hot tub and space. Only complaint was for 2 nights we listened to LOUD music and LOUD voices till one night 3:30am and the next night till after midnight. We called 3 times the 2nd night and they finally must have been talked to as they quit. THANK YOU! We would stay again.

Great house! Great location!

This house has all the amenities you can ever want! It is also in a great location close to town. It was very clean Our only complaint is communication with the owners. When we arrived the coffee maker didn’t work. I sent a message to the owner the first night and never received a response. We went and bought a coffee maker to use.

Family getaway

This is one of the best places I have stayed in Gatlinburg. Looked exactly like the pictures. SUPER clean!!! HUGE place and NEW! Lots of room to roam. Wished we had stayed one more day. We used most every amenity (pool, pool table, hot tub). Easy check in and easy check out. The only downfall was parking. 3 parking spots available, we had 5 so we had to park in yard a little. Not a “mountain view “ but I wasn’t thinking of that when I booked. Overall, great place for a large gathering! Thank you!

Super Clean!

I have to say this was the cleanest vacation rental I have stayed at in forever. The kitchen was immaculate. They have little touches with stickers on the toilet paper that make you feel like they truly take their time to clean everything. Which says it a lot from us because we are super clean freaks! Yes, there was construction going on but there wasn't any major noise or trucks. Besides that is temporary. Super convenient to downtown Gatlinburg while being away from all the crazy traffic and noise of the downtown area. It was nice having a new place and the jacuzzi tub in the main level bedroom is AWESOME!

New and modern!

The property is in a new conveniently located neighborhood. It is very close to restaurants and a grocery store. Beautiful new construction home with a great layout and lots of open area for entertaining. Our issue was that we wished the outdoor areas were cleaned and swept. Lots of leaves and cobwebs all over the porches and even on top of the hot tub cover. The inside needs to be sprayed for insects regularly. There were plenty of live centipede's in the stairwell on the bottom floor and floating in the indoor pool. Other than that, having Alexa available was a nice added amenity. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Best Vacation ever

This place is Awesome. This is a brand new cabin, and everything inside is brand new. The cabin was spotless inside. The swimming pool was great indoors as well as the resort pool and Fire Pit. Yes, this has cabins accros the road that is newly constructed. I am glad the previous review of construction did not stop us. We could not hear any construction on the inside of the cabin. There is so much to do. New arcade game, pool table, air hockey, indoor pool, theater room with a DVD and movies and so much more. Absolutely loved our stay. We saw a big bear outside wondering in the neighborhood. That was a plus. Check in was so easy. Thanks. We will be back.

The worst experience by far…

Stay home, stay safe! This place is in a construction zone… and of course the management company gives you the runaround. A cement truck and several work vehicles blocked path to this unit for approximately 10 minutes. Upon arrival, I notice there’s construction debris in the yard, and several more houses under construction across the road and a little further down a DIRT road. No curbs, no rock, no pavement… a dirt road. As if this wasn’t enough, the deck walkway, presumably the only accessible entry/exit to the property, is blocked by construction debris, large rocks and 15 feet of uneven dirt. We have several children in our group that we would like to keep for many more years, so being run over by a cement truck that’s backing down a hill on a small street leading to a dirt road while on family vacation isn’t really in our plans. Buyer Beware!!!

Bad for the money

The house was great, location was lovely, however the gas didnt work, so the fireplaces didn’t work. The grill didn’t work. The pool was 57 degrees, so I’m assuming it is gas heated. Their is a theatre and smart tvs in every bedroom, but the Wi-Fi isn’t strong enough to steam any service. We reached out to the property management several times and still no response, or a partial refund. Needless to say that amount for 3 days, is defiantly not worth it.
