Disfruta de la magnífica vista hacia Mayrhofen con sus montañas. Nuestro apartamento ofrece, dormitorio, una cocina totalmente equipada con sala de estar y un cómodo sofá. Baño con ducha, WC separado. TV vía satélite, balcón, ropa de cama + toallas. Secador de botas, sala de esquí en invierno, almacenamiento de bicicletas en verano está disponible. Para nuestros huéspedes más jóvenes hay una cuna y una silla alta.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und vollständig eingerichtet. Mit den zwei Balkonen hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne. Ich habe 3 Wochen im Sommer dir verbracht und gleich für den nächsten Urlaub gebucht.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Wohnung war weihnachtlich geschmückt. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Nähe zur Horbergbahn ist prima uns das gute Wetter hat uns auch Gelegenheit gegeben, den Balkon zu nutzen 😊

Very comfortable, close to lifts, quiet and well appointed

A lovely location, close to Horbergerbahn (Mayrhofen access) but quiet. Nearby the Sidan offers great food for takeaway/restaurant. Close for ski bus for other Zillertal resorts. Balconies on both sides of the apartment look onto open countrysider and cross country ski. Ground floor owners very helpful.

Gut gelegene und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche bei Familie Huber verbringen dürfen. Die Entscheidung für diese Wohnung viel aufgrund der Nähe zur Horbergbahn (knapp 300 m). Das Haus macht von außen einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck, der sich innen ebenso fortsetzt. Die Wohnung war aufgeräumt und sauber.

Prachtig appartement met een schitterend uitzicht

prachtig appartement met twee grote balkons op de bovenste verdieping. Een grote slaapkamer en een mooie badkamer. Het appartement is schoon en gezellig ingericht. Vanaf het balkon zie je Mayrhofen liggen en het is een half uurtje lopen naar deze plaats. Rosmarie Huber is een aardige en behulpzame eigenaresse. Veel wandel en fiets mogelijkheden direct vanaf het appartement. Wij zijn er voor de tweede maal 14 dagen geweest en hebben er weer van genoten. Dit appartement is een echte aanrader

Prachtig appartement met een schitterend uitzicht

Prachtig appartement. De inrichting is eenvoudig maar alles wat je nodig heeft is er. Ziet er verzorgt en schoon uit. Twee balkons met beide een prachtig uitzicht. Wij zijn hier nu twee keer geweest en beide keren hebben we genoten van het appartement en van de omgeving. In een half uurtje loop je naar Mayrhofen . Dit appartement is een aanrader

TOP Ferienwohnung

Waren zum ersten mal bei Familie Huber in Schwendau zu Gast und können die FeWo im Dachgeschoß nur weiter empfehlen. Wir fanden eine wunderschöne, große und was wir betonen müssen eine sehr saubere und sehr gepflegte FeWo in sehr schöner Lage vor. Zwei wunderschöne überdachte Balkone mit herrlichem Blick ins Zillertal und auf die umliegende Berge. Sehr gute Anbindung an Bustransfer und auch per Pedes alles gut erreichbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank und einen freundlichen Gruß an Familie Huber

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei Familie Huber in Schwendau zu Gast. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen! Und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss ist wunderschön und bietet viel Platz. Familie Huber sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Excellent accommodation

I stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks at the end of last season and it was fantastic... The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and in a very pleasing location and Mr and Mrs Huber were friendly, pleasant and helpful to me at all times... I was very pleased to discover that it was easily able to accommodate both me and my baggage and I'm not the lightest of travellers... During the first week of my stay there, I was skiing from the Horbergbahn lift system which is very close... I did have independent transport and used it to drive the 2 minutes to the lift where there is free parking... However, there is a bus stop almost next to the apartment, or it is only a few minutes on foot... After that I was training on the glacier at Hintertux... Although this was a bit of a drive each day, the quality and value of the accommodation in Schwendau meant that it was well worth the extra effort... The free parking at the glacier car park also helped to make this an affordable option... Also, the added convenience of being nearer to the shopping and facilities in Mayerhofen was an advantage... If you like to be right in the centre of things with night life on your doorstep, then this is probably not the place for you... But, if your looking for spaciousness, comfort and value for money in a peaceful and calm location that is within easy striking distance of all that which is on offer, then this accommodation is ideal... Traumurlaub in Traumwohnung

Unser einwöchiger Urlaub in Schwendau im Zillertal hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die moderne aber trotzdem landestypisch eingerichtete Fewo ueberzeugte auf ganzer Linie. Das top eingetichtete Bad mit Eckbadewanne, die grosszuegige Wohnkueche inkl Spuelmaschine, Backofen und Flachbildfernseher sowie die 2 schönen Balkone mit weitem Blick auf Tal und Berge ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr ueberzeugt da Mayrhofen fusslaeufig erreichbar ist und das Zillertal ohnehin ein toller Ausgangspunkt für schoene und vielseitige Unternehmungen fuer gross und klein ist. Besonderes Highlight im Winter: Die Horbergbahn, die den Besucher in ein weitraeumiges super Skigebiet fuehrt ist nur ca 200 m von der Fewo entfernt! Kurzum eine Traumurlaub in einer Traumwohnung :-)

Traum Ferienwohnung in top Lage

Die Ferienwohnung (DG) ist wirklich ein Traum. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Essecke und Couch, Badezimmer mit Dusche und riesiger "Wohlfühlbadewanne" sowie ein seperates WC. Alles sauber und top eingerichtet. Absolutes Urlaubsfeeling bekommt man auf dem große Balkon mit super Aussicht auf die Ahornbahn. Hier war abends nach dem Wanderprogramm einfach nur entspannung pur angesagt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und herzlich. Auf diesem Wege auch nochmal einen herzlichen Gruß und vielen Dank für die Weihnachtspost. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es alles, was der Wanderer und Mountainbiker braucht. Die Zillertalcard ermöglicht täglich eine Berg-/Tal-Fahrt mit den Bergbahnen inkl. MTB. Mayrhofen ist per Radl in 5-10 erreicht. Fazit: Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!
