Stunning Riverfront home- River access with Hot Tub & Game Room!


Beautiful custom home on the snake river. Enjoy a private walking path down to the water. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent. There is a large fire pit area on the upper level with ample seating and gorgeous views.
Located near the Sunnyslope Wine Trail and tasty restaurants close by. This is the place to unwind and reconnect with family, friends, and nature.
* The layout and beds are as follows*
The main floor features the gourmet kitchen, living, and dining room. The master bedroom and full bathroom are in the far wing with a half bath and laundry room close by. There are two access points to the covered deck. One from the living room and the master suite. Downstairs, there is a large family room with direct access to the backyard. You will find three additional rooms and a full bathroom.



*ENTERTAINMENT*
In the garage, we have loaded it with games such as: Pool table, ping pong, foosball, basketball hoops, and corn hole. This garage is not heated or cooled.
There is an amazing hot tub on the lower patio to
soak, star gaze and watch fish jump in the mighty snake river. This truly is a special gem in the great state of Idaho!

Family time

Absolutely lovely. A very good experience all the way around. Beautiful, clean, well managed house. To sit on the deck and look over the scenery was priceless.

Wonderful Property

The home and location exceeded our expectations! Immaculate accommodations, beautiful property on the Snake River and close to everything we needed. The owner was readily available to answer questions. We picked up pizza one evening just so we could dine on the deck and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. Great family reunion and hope we can stay here in the future.

Beautiful home on the Snake River

This home was lovely for our getaway to the Boise area. We enjoyed the views and the well-appointed and pristine home. Everything we could have needed was here. This was our first time here, but we will definitely return. Lots to do in the area!

excellent retreat

The property was great. The description fit perfectly. All was very clean when we arrived Larger gathering areas, great and very well equipped kitchen, wonderful decks and game room, all led to a relaxing stay. The riverfront on the property has limited access but that did not stop us from catching fish daily. Had a number of things to do in the area to keep the young as well as the old occupied.

If your having a Fox Canyon Wedding you must stay here. Super close & saves a lot of logistics. Great place & view of the Snake River. It’s super clean & nice. Enjoyed our time.

Beautiful River Property

This is a gorgeous property on the beautiful Snake River. The home provided ample space for our 9 family members. ALL beds were amazingly comfortable. Kay even had a Christmas tree set for us to enjoy. In addition, after we departed she and her hubby went to extra lengths to retrieve valuable medication my daughter forgot in the refrigerator. If there is anything I would recommend for improvement, the house is definitely not entertainment ready from the perspective of cooking utensils. All of the frying pans are in rough shape and there are very few serving platters for a nice event. Last, the game "room" is actually an unheated garage, so unfortunately, we were unable to use it during our stay over the Christmas holiday because it is unheated and VERY chilly. That was very disappointing as we had planned Christmas Olympics in this space. I still give the property a 4 overall rating because other amenities were fabulous and the host was incredibly responsive.

Perfect Home in the Fox Canyon Neighborhood

Our family was attending a wedding at Fox Canyon Vineyard, and this home was an absolutely perfect location for us. The sunrise and moon-rise views on the Snake River were stunning. The home somehow manages to be sleek and modern, but also comfortable for family together-time.

Beautiful Home on the Snake River

This house was much more than just a “river house”. Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway, and we were blown away by the views of the Snake River, and the overall beauty of the home. There are views of the river from upstairs and downstairs. The jacuzzi was very nice, and we loved making campfires in the fire pit and enjoying the serenity of the property. The home was quaint and secluded, sunrises and sunsets were stunning. The home was also close to many wineries and farms. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Fabulous home for rest and relaxation

My sister's family and mine gathered here for three nights, and we couldn't have asked for a better space. The view is amazing. The layout of the home was perfect for us. Good separation of space between the bedroom areas and main living area. Everything was impeccably clean. We loved spending time in the game room and lounging on the back deck overlooking the river. Such a quiet, restful space, away from the bustle of the city. We plan to make this an annual family gathering space. Thank you so much!!

Our own private Idaho

From the moment we walked in the beautiful home we were relaxed and excited for our weekend. The home is impeccably clean and stocked with everything you will need for an Idaho adventure. We loved the majestic views of the Mighty Snake River, we enjoyed meals on the covered patio, we visited a few wineries, we fished, we soaked in the hot tub while watching fish jump in the river below. This Idaho getaway met all our expectations and more. Our host was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions. We couldn't be more pleased with this property and recommend it anyone needing to relax on the river.
