Location, Location, Location! Our prime downtown location couldn't be more convenient, placing you mere steps away from the T-Mobile Center - less than a minute's walk. Plus, your reserved off-street parking spot awaits by your private entrance to the Loft.

As you enter, make sure to capture a selfie with the neon Kansas City sign and green wall. It’s a must! Ascend the stairs to discover a generous 1,800 sqft loft space, exuding a SoHo ambiance with its open floor plan and lofty 13-foot exposed ceilings.

If you’re up for it, try your hand at a game of pool on the 8-foot Brunswick Pool Table. The loft is outfitted with a Highspeed WIFI mesh network with up to 2 Gig speeds! You can also stream all your favorite shows on the 65 inch smart tv.

Perfect for families or groups, the loft features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with King Beds, separated by a floor-to-ceiling wall for privacy. Each bedroom has it's own tower fan and sound machine to ensure a comfortable night's rest, while the open wall to the living area preserves the loft atmosphere. Additionally, the expansive sectional in the living area transforms into a comfortable sleeping space for two.

Should you wish to indulge your culinary desires, our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The salvaged butcher block counter tops evoke the ambiance of a charming restaurant right in your own space and the overhead skylight bathes the kitchen in natural sunlight.

You will have 2 reserved spots in the parking lot next to the Loft. There is also plenty of on street parking as well.

This loft is one of two lofts in the property. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Per VRBO Rules and Kansas City Law, the Loft is not an event space and cannot accommodate parties. There is a maximum of 8 people allowed in the space at any time, with a maximum of 6 overnight guests. Failure to comply can lead to additional fees, fines and eviction.

No smoking or vaping in the Loft. Additional $500 cleaning fee

No glitter or confetti in the Loft. Additional $250 cleaning fees

Do not tape (secure) things to walls or move furniture. Additional costs for damages.

Late check out may lead to additional fees.

Unaccompanied guests under 24 years old are not allowed.
