Beautiful Chatham

This property is located in the Ryder's Cove area of Chatham MA. The main house consist of 2 bedrooms on the upper level and 1 bedroom on the first floor. Solar panels are installed for electrical support and for the generation of solar hot water. A backup generator on the property will support the entire house during extreme weather conditions. A separate garage/building on the property consist of a 1 bedroom, 1 bath in-law apartment that can be rented out for the season or by the week in addition to the main house. There are 2 smart HD televisions; a 55" in the living room and a 50" in the master bedroom which are all hooked up with Fire TV devices and one with a casting device all via a high speed wireless connection. With the high speed(300Mbs at this time) internet connection, and if you so choose to, work remotely during your vacation.

Heating is by gas forced hot air along with a central air conditioner which are all controlled by a smart Nest thermostat. A deck with outdoor furniture are provided for your outdoor dining pleasures and leisure. After dark, solar lights will illuminate the outdoor area.

Jack Knife Beach is .5 miles away and Chatham Center is about 3 miles away. Chatham Bars Inn 2.5 miles and the 5 star Wequassett Resort is about 1 mile away.
