This place was a disappointment. This place was not clean, it is not modern, it was fairly old and run down. Cob webs littered the outside, dirty floors and dirty shower. They had quite a few dirty rugs and bath mats laying around deriving as accent rugs. Shower doesn’t look like it has had a deep clean in a long time. The bathroom also had a horrendous smell coming from the shower drain. There is no place to put toiletries in the shower, those had to sit on the floor. The checking process was not smooth, nothing is attached to the posting, I had to ask for checking instructions, and for WiFi password. Host does not seem to care to actually host the guest. there is a cleaning fee charged.

Great location for access to La

Well, this place did live up to the hype of the other reviewers for location and easy access to things. Neighborhood during the day was really busy (near main road) however, to our surprise the neighborhood calmed down at night and we were able to get rest. Speaking of rest, the other unfortunate part of this stay is on the last night someone who shared the back wall with the property partied till early am not allowing us to use the main bedroom due to the excessive noise. The kitchen even though was nice, was not properly stocked, missing measuring cups/spoons, coffee pods, paper goods. We did enjoy the house and hope these items can be addressed in the future so no one else has to go through it.

Excellent Rental in a great Neighborhood

Had a wonderful time staying for Spring Break in this Torrance rental with my family! Close to everything freeways, beach, park, mall, restaurants, etc. Will definitely recommend to family and friends! It was our perfect stay feeli bc just like at home!

Location nice, but not what I was expecting

When I booked this property I was thinking it was a beach style bungalow. It is more like an in-law suite. It's attached to the main house, and walls are definitely thin. I have a preference when I rent out properties. I don't like sharing walls with neighbors. I try and avoid apartments and duplexes. I'm a night owl so I stay up late and tend to watch tv or talk with who ever I'm with. I don't want to have to worry if I'm disturbing my neighbor. If you just need a place to sleep and shower this place is good. We were gone for the most part so it worked out fine. Hot water was great, everything worked fine. the smoke detectors are a bit sensitive just make sure to have the vent on while cooking. Location was great to SOFI stadium a 10-15 min drive. Grocery store and plenty of fast food near by. The shower and the shower head had some mold on it. That's my only complaint as far as cleaning issues. The AC worked great and neighborhood is nice and quiet.

It was located in safe area , closed from beach and airport. Bit noisy from highway trapic, cozy little property. I did not get check in instructions until I was at LAX and had to call Vrbo for assistance because the onwer was not answering. But he called back and let me check in earlier than 4PM. I was not sure about wearing shoes inside house so walked with barefoot or shocks., noted floor was dirty for bearfoot. I bought indoor sleepers to wear. Also shampoo and conditioner were empty. Overall i had good time with my kids.

Convenient but needs cleaning

Our stay was in a convenient location, the beds were fine, self-check-in was easy, and the AC and kitchen was great. The property could really use a deep clean, particularly the shower and rugs. One star removed for communication due to having to ask for check-in instructions and WiFi info... we didn’t get these until I had asked.

Nice clean space

We were very pleased with the unit. Clean, as advertised. Easy to locate. One small drawback is that there a little traffic noise but usual quiets down by 9 or 10. To be clear, it is not on a main road. Just off the main road. Great place overall

Great place & neighborhood

Excellent accomodations!

We loved our stay here, and highly recommend this home. Everything was as described, and clean. Easy access to the surrounding area. We hope to rent it again in the future.

Convenient location, good neighborhood, owner was very helpful, kitchen had a good selection of items, loved the enclosed patio to enjoy evenings outside.

Cute place

Had a great time with my fiancé and 3 kids age ranges 10-17. Plenty of space. Close proximity to everything we did. About 30-40 min to Universal Studios, about 5 min to large mall and 15-20 min to Manhattan Beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. A mixing bowl or 2 would have been useful but was able to improvise. Overall place is clean but the shower could probably use some attention. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Great property and feels really exclusive with a private patio area. We had a dog and our dog loved the neighborhood. Truly a thoughtful space; great eats and shopping near.
