This place is amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Carey is great and easy to communicate with, checkin was a breeze, cleanup is easy and there’s space for everyone.

Relaxing and Pet Friendly

We had a great stay! Pictures do not do the house justice, it is extremely nice. We had everything we needed and it is a very short walk to the gulf.

Perfect Location

Location, location is everything! Short walk to the beautiful beach. The owner Carey was wonderful and extremely responsive at all times. The place was clean, the space is spacious and modern kitchen/living area. I would definitely book with this owner and location again!

Perfect Beach House

Family friendly, private, kids loved it. The owners definitely took the time to make sure this is a perfect little getaway. Things are labeled for ease of use, really just a great property with the beach just a few houses down. We definitely enjoyed our stay, typically we do a condo but I would say this was probably identical walking distance from a condo to the beach, and no elevators or carts to shuttle your stuff. Nice to park under the house, carry it right up the staircase, and just enjoy a house to ourselves. Would/will definitely stay here again. And yes, we caught fish on the beach! Including a monster stingray. Don’t worry, released everything so next vacationers will enjoy them too! Thanks again.

So relaxing and everything you will need.

We stayed here with our family. There were 8 of us and this beach house was perfect for our family. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed including a big pot for a seafood boil. The beds were really comfortable. Our favorite part was the sitting area under the house. Many evenings and mornings there was a cool breeze and we absolutely loved the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. They had everything you need in outdoor shed for enjoying the beach which was a 1 minute walk. It was so convenient for quick trips back to the house. We especially loved playing cornhole and phase 10 with our family. Carey and Molly were fantastic to communicate with, so friendly and always very quick to respond! I would highly recommend this property for your vacation!

This is a great property with a great host! Excellent communication. House is quite spacious and kitchen has more than enough supplies. Location is perfect. Beach right down the street. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your clean and pleasant home. We liked the light and airy dining and family area. The kitchen had everything we needed, for example the coffee machine accepts pods, which my wife likes, or ground coffee which I like. The bed was comfortable, which is a very important thing to us. Outside, we enjoyed the decks, from which you could see the Gulf, and the breezy patio was an excellent place to read or wash up after going to the beach. We each found a good read in your stash of books. Thank you for staying in touch!

Ft. Morgan Visit

This property is at the top of the properties I have rented through VRBO. The beach house had a welcoming vibe. It was extremely clean; kitchen was well-stocked with everything you might need, and the decor was tastefully done with a cozy beach feel. This property is close to the beach, which made it a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Carey was very communicative, informative and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Fort Morgan.

Great vacation at Fort Morgan!

The house is wonderful and just a short walk to the beach. The owner is communicative and very helpful. My wife and kiddos enjoyed everything about our stay. We will definitely return!

Beach House with a view

If you want to stay at a cute beach house just steps from the water, look no further! This house has it all. We were surprised with all of the name brand cooking and cleaning supplies available for us to use, as well as the large amounts of beach accessories readily available in the storage area. The beach was close enough to watch the water from the living room or walk to quickly. If you want a beautiful house, quick beach access, and fun/relaxation at Fort Morgan, this is a great place to try!
