The neighborhood features a local bike path that connects seamlessly to the extensive Wood River Valley Trail System, providing 40 miles of paved paths for biking, rollerblading, and walking. Only three miles from Ketchum and two miles from Sun Valley, guests have easy access to a vibrant array of amenities, including a concert pavilion, both indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, as well as diverse options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The condo offers complimentary access to Elkhorn Resort amenities at both the Harker Center and Village Facility, including two spacious shared swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, and courts for both tennis and pickleball. Discounted golf rates are also available. Please note, the outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to September 1. (Closing date subject to change based on weather.) The hot tubs are available year-round, except during maintenance closures in mid-April/May and mid-October/November.

For your convenience, a reserved underground parking spot (labeled #9) is available, no parking pass required. You’ll receive an access code to enter the elevator, which will take you directly to the second floor where the condo is located.

This luxurious condo features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for optimal comfort and privacy. The well-equipped kitchen is designed for those who enjoy cooking, complete with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, a 6-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A two-person island offers extra prep and dining space, complementing the four-person dining table.

The living room is furnished for relaxation, featuring a large flatscreen Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace for winter months, along with air conditioning for summer comfort. Step out onto your private balcony to savor the cool mountain air on summer mornings and evenings. With high-speed WiFi, this condo is also well-suited for remote work if needed.
