Welcome to Music Manor - only 5 minutes to the Grand ole Opry! This home has 4 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Equipped with a rooftop deck, BBQ, fire pit and games. Spend the day shopping, golfing, exploring the nature parks, checking out local breweries and boutique cafes and bars of East Nashville, or heading downtown. This is the perfect place to call home. Our house is great for group trips to spread out and with easy access to so many areas of Nashville without the traffic of downtown and free parking. Lots of EXTRAS to make sure your stay is comfortable:

Ode to Opryland is inspired by the musical vibe of Nashville of course! A custom mural decorates our sleek modern kitchen area. The living room has a thoughtfully decorated ivy wall with a neon sign - perfect for that group photo before a night on the town. Bright velvet head boards, super comfortable beds with mattress toppers, and 40" smart TVs make up each bedroom (except the Master, that boasts a 50" TV). Stream that game or concert in the Living Room on the 65" flat screen. Whatever brings you to Nashville, you're sure to be comfortable here.

Very Dirty!

Everything was dirty. All the bedrooms especially and condom wrappers among other things under one of the beds, and the carpets were gross.

Our stay in Nashville 4 beds 4 baths

We loved our stay at our Rooftop deck with 4 beds and 4 baths. The home was very spacious with info about what’s in the area and the ways of how to get around. Loved that and used it all the time. All amenities needed in the home were available. It was an absolutely wonderful stay and we are very grateful to the host for sharing their part time home.

Great property, poor location

Property has plenty of space for family gatherings with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest drawback was the highway noise that was present at all hours of the night since this property is directly facing the highway. At very late hours, it sounded like cars were racing. Earplugs might have helped if I had some, but likely would still have been awoken from exhaust pops.

Nice but over rated

Very nice new property on a busy street close to everything. Parking is tight. You will be charged for “excessive” cleaning and small damages even if they were there when you got there. So take pictures of everything.

Great Space!

The house is great, 4 large bedrooms - each has their own bathroom. Each room has such unique decor with a lot of pillows and plenty of towels. The rooftop is an added perk and the fireplace up there was perfect on one of the chilly nights. The kitchen is stocked and checkout/checkin process is super easy! Host is super responsive! Will 100% stay here again!

Very spacious nine of us were there and we all had plenty a room the rooftop was exceptional. We didn’t know what unit it was at first but the property manager was easy to get a hold of and fix the issue. It was very well stocked with all the essentials We’re definitely stay here again

Awesome Ladies Trip!

Absolutely a fantastic spot for our stay in Nashville! Comfortably accommodated our group of 8 ladies with a bathroom for every bedroom. The fire pit on the roof was a ton of fun for our wine night in, and the whole place had a great vibe with the cutest neon wall for pics! Definitely a great place to stay if you’re looking for a little more space at a reasonable price, but still a super quick Uber to downtown, Opryland, etc. Raena was an awesome host, quick to respond to our questions and needs. Will 100% be back!

Hi! I used to work for the airlines and still love to travel. Thankfully, my children have moved all over and visiting them helps me travel often.

One of my children lives in Nashville and I'm happy to have purchased this home with him. This particular house is so close to everything and since it's just outside the city center, it's so much easier to avoid traffic. Golf, shops, venues are all 5-30 minutes away. It's perfect!

It's brand new but I especially love the rooftop deck and proximity to EVERYTHING without the traffic of downtown. Opryland always has something fun going on.
