This apartment has an L-shaped layout with unique stoney outlook. The interior is painted in soft beige shade. Huge French doors keep the space brightly lit & fresh. This stunning apartment offers 3 cozy bedrooms, 2.5 well-maintained baths, kitchen and dining space, spacious living area, huge deep ground pool, a sitting area to sunbathe and relax, large garden area & free carport. 2 Additional cabana beds are set up in the pool area. Facility of AC, ceiling fans, closet + bolted electric safe is present for your ease. Just above you, there are 4 infinity pools with captivating skyline views of Tulum. The neighborhood is full of fun-filled activities. You can do bicycling, get relaxed at spas, enjoy multiple zip lines & spend a joyous time at beaches. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway. The Bedrooms

Wake up with brightest smiles in comfy bedrooms having coziest pillows & mattresses. All bedrooms are in pastel brown shades and offer:

3rd BR - King Bed
All 3 beds have trendy side tables with wall-mounted lamps. Floor to ceiling sliding door windows keep the space radiant and fresh. Each room is equipped with an AC unit & there are closets – which you can use to keep your stuff without any worries. Bed sheets, bed linens + extra pillows & blankets are provided to make your stay as homely as possible.

The Bathrooms

2.5 baths with stylish outlook. They offer marble washbasins, toilet & shower facility. Essential stuff like towels, toilet papers, cleaning products & soaps are provided. Hot water facility is present for your ease and comfort.

The Kitchen & Dining Space

The perfect place to prepare scrumptious meals for your loved ones! Kitchen has a deep maroon outlook and offers a beige marble countertop with fitted washing sink + multiple drawers & cabinets to keep stuff. Essential appliances like refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven are provided. Complete kitchenware & silverware are provided to make you feel totally at home.
Right next to kitchen is dining space with a wooden dining table and trendy chairs. A unique lamp stand hangs above. The dining space will fit about 6 people.

The Living Space

Simple yet classy ambiance – comprising of a luxury sectional sofa set, a classic centre table + HD TV with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Roku. The space is huge and radiant. It leads to garden unit via French doors.

Other things to note:

 Do you send taxis/transportation?
We can send taxis to the properties when requested. If you need a taxi between 10pm and 9am, it must be notified to the manager assigned to your stay before 10pm so it can be arranged to your desired time. If taxis are not requested before 10pm, unfortunately we would not be able to do it after that time.

 How far are we from the beach?
Moving around Tulum is quite easy, if you rent a bike, the nearest beach would be at around 15 minutes away from our properties. Or by car, 8 minutes away.

 Is the pool or plunge pool hot?
None of them are heated, since the normal temperature in Tulum is 28 ° C

 Closest shop/convenience store?
We recommend our guest to bring their own grocery shopping, since the is no walking distance shops around. The closest supermarket is 8 minutes away by car. You can either go to “Super Aki” or “Chedraui”. We can also do Grocery shopping in advance for guest.

 Do we modify reservations?
We do not modify any confirmed reservation due to external things to us, we can only extend reservation dates if we have availability.

 Can I have more friends over in the property?
External people from the original confirmed reservation are allowed in the property but a guest fee will be assessed.

 Can I do early check in?
This is normally not possible since we are usually fully booked, and we have to get the room ready for our next guests. Please reach out to us incase we can accommodate an early check in.
