This home was great! No issues at all. It was nice to come back and sit on the balcony in privacy and see the hollywood sign.

Family Trip

Overall, the view was amazing. Right in front of the Hollywood Sign. It’s close to everything and very peaceful neighborhood. The house had enough room plus more if needed. They had bathroom amenities provided like soap, body wash and etc. Nice kitchen with a view. We were out more but you could easily just stay in. Great house. Host and their assistant were great at responding to a few questions when we arrived. Pool table is a nice touch. Only thing is one of the bedrooms on bottom level didn’t get great internet service so tv lagged a lot but that was about it. I recommend staying here .

Fantastic stay! Perfect location!

We had the best time at this home. Everything was perfect. The property was gorgeous, super clean, and so comfortable. It really does feel like old Hollywood luxury. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so if you're looking to step away from the bustle of LA and have a quiet haven to relax in, this is the place. The backyard views (from every single room in the house!) are indescribable. Just beautiful. And, the host. Marian could not have been any nicer, friendlier, or more helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic experience. Honestly, she was the best, and this was one of our best and most seamless experiences ever. It was exactly what I was looking for, and delivered more than I expected. 10 stars, absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Marian!

Beautiful Views

Our party of 8 enjoyed the property and views from the rooms. The pool table was a big hit. After some communications with the owner/property manager we got check in info and where to find extra linens and a blow up bed. She was very helpful and responded timely. It was hot outside in July but the AC was cranked low upon arrival so inside felt great! The garage area where the pool table is was very warm, opening the windows helped but some bugs came in at night. Screens for the windows would be a big plus. There is a drip coffee maker so bring your favorite ground beans! Filters are provided. And if you like ice, buy some. The fridge provided water but no ice. Perhaps some ice cube trays could be provided for future guests. We bought groceries at Gelson’s, off Franklin Ave, before heading up to the house. They have a great selection of pre-made salads/deli meats, produce and more. We enjoyed sitting on the balconies, enjoying the quiet of the canyon and the views of the “Hollywood” sign. We were able to walk/hike up to a good area on the hill below the sign for pictures. You can’t drive to the sign. This was a good location to stay for our annual trek to a Dodgers game. Closer than the coast, where we usually stay. Nice change of venue. Thank you!

The home was beautiful and peaceful! The communication with the owner was so quick and helpful! Don’t bring a large vehicle the roads are quite small. The view from every window and balcony is of the Hollywood sign! The house sleptUs and our four kids great - everyone had their own space. So close to universal! Can’t wait to come back!
