Our Germantown property is a beautifully designed, modern gem in one of those neighborhoods that’s a well-kept secret among its residents. Close enough to the action but just far enough away for a restful night’s sleep. Award-winning restaurants, coffee houses, and micropubs are a short walk or Uber ride away. Our fully-appointed kitchens are perfect for cooking a delicious meal before heading out on the town in Music City -- or order in and curl up with some Netflix in front of our smart TVs on our big, indulgent sofa beds. So many options and the perfect place to choose today’s adventure!
The Space:
🚫 Important Notice Regarding the Gate 🚫
The property gate shown in the photos is currently not operational and will remain open at all times until further notice. Guests should be aware that the gate cannot be closed or locked during this period. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly and take this into consideration when making travel or parking arrangements, as access to the property will not be restricted by the gate.
Repairs are already being scheduled, and we are actively working to restore the gate to full functionality. While the gate is not currently in use, please note that the Germantown neighborhood is generally considered a safe and welcoming area. In addition, all other safety and security features of the home remain fully functional, providing peace of mind during your stay.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary maintenance. We will update this listing accordingly once the repairs have been finalized and the gate is back in working order.

Germantown and the immediately surrounding areas have quickly become a burgeoning “maker” community. Award-winning artists, chefs, and artisans relocating to the area because of its relaxed vibe, quick access to downtown, and a welcoming resident population benefitting from this new influx of talent. It’s the type of place you’ll visit and start questioning if it’s time for a move…here!

| Parking | Free parking for one vehicle is available on a first come first serve basis, inside our gated parking lot. One permit per reservation for lot parking will be available upon check-in. Ample free street parking is also available for additional vehicles or if the lot is full.
| Transportation From/To BNA Airport | The best way to reach the apartment is using a cab, or Uber. Should you chose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. The estimate cost for each brand of Uber varies but starts at approximately $25.

| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.
| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city).
