The apartment was very clean and I want to say the bed was super comfortable. The host responded quickly to my communications. It was obvious that she wanted us to be happy with our stay at The Boho.

The home is super clean and perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay. Located in Olde Town East, close to restaurants and all that Columbus has to offer, I was able to walk to the Franklin conservatory and downtown to museums and theaters.The Ketevan’s were easy to reach before and throughout my stay, responding quickly and graciously with answers to my questions and requests.

Clean, nice neighborhood. This was a 4-plex with people above us, we could hear them so I assume they could hear us. Overall a nice stay and convenient for us and convention center but not to close.

Loved our stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Modern Boho! We loved the neighborhood! The historical houses and the quaint streets were just lovely.It was walking distance to some great little locally owned restaurants. Close to so many really cool places.We will definitely stay again!

Cute Shotgun Duplex

It’s a cute, little shotgun duplex. Loved having a washer & dryer for personal use. The outside sitting areas were nice to have. Cons: the extremely heavy footed upstairs renter sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling once or twice. There were ants in the living room after we accidentally left an empty can out overnight.Overall: it was a nice, comfortable place to stay in a location convenient to why we were in town. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet & nice.

Loved it!

We loved the property and the neighborhood. The hosts were kind enough to leave a comprehensive Guest Manual that included everything we needed to know, including how to use the Google thermostat , activities, food etc. We didn't have enough time to experience the area, but we plan to return for a three-day weekend soon!

Great property but noisy neighbors.

This is one of four units in what appears to have been once a two story duplex, a fairly common configuration in older urban neighborhoods. It's much nicer than a hotel room and more economical. However, heavy feet and the night shifts characterized the upstairs neighbors.

Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The property was very clean and welcoming. They also had listed recommendations for attractions and restaurants and had labeled cabinets and switches to make it easy to find everything. They made sure to communicate often to make sure everything was going well, but not too frequently so as to be a bother. Anyone wanting somewhere quiet and relaxing around Columbus should certainly check this place out.

Adorable Apartment Great Location

I was in town for a conference at the Greater Columbus Area Convention Center, and this apartment was perfect for my needs. It was within a few minutes of the convention center and the related downtown attractions. It was also within a few miles of some delicious bakeries in German Village. Plenty of street parking was available, so even when I got in late at night, I didn't have to worry about that. I would stay here again by myself or with my spouse!

Great for the price

Cute little place with very clean bathroom & bedroom. Couple of unfortunate items, mold in the coffee pot carafe and a pair of dirty socks in the living room. Both were very out of place as the general cleanliness was fantastic. Property manager got back same day to issues. Just as a side note for anyone who’s sensitive to outside sounds, this is part of a multiplex and the renter above you might be active night people like it was during our stay. All in all, great price for what you get and very nice owners.

The property is well appointed, clean, and at a great location. Off street parking is a bonus. The area was quiet. It was everything we needed. We would choose to stay here again.

Great spot for a short stay (or a long one!)

I found this place to be just what I was looking for - it had some character, it was spotless and very comfortable, and it was stocked with enough provisions to make my stay worry free. Thanks go to Joe & Ketevan for the coffee and french press, and the bottled water. Finding multiple places to eat, imbibe, and relax within very short walking distance (along Oak St.) was a major plus. Cool neighborhood!

Cute and amazing location

Very nice people. Quick to respond. Had a minor incident to no fault of theirs but they were very accommodating and even offered to help out when they didn't have to. Beautiful place. Very clean. Wills definitely be back in the future. Thank you for being amazing hosts.

A true gem!

This place was SO cute and welcoming! And BIG! So much space. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean, and in a great part of town! I would 100% stay here again. The communication with the owners was perfect. The thermostat needed a battery and they came over right away to replace it. Book this place for your next stay in Columbus!

While Joe is a Columbus native, I am originally from the Republic of Georgia and moved to the U.S. with my family in 2009. After getting married and starting a family, we relocated back to Columbus in 2017.
