This 3 bedroom condo overlooks the streets of Baytowne Wharf. This condo now has a 4 seater golf cart for your use. Stay in the heart of the resort and enjoy all that the Village has to offer. The primary bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom suite. There is a hallway bedroom with bunk beds and a full bathroom across the hallway. The last bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and also has a king bed and a private bathroom as well. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. Don't want to cook? The Village of Baytowne Wharf is an elevator ride away. Enjoy the events/dining and shopping as you stay in the heart of the resort. Nearby are 4 golf courses, marina, tennis, biking, etc all located inside the gates of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort

Great location

Everything was great with this property, we very much enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect, residence was clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, and the golf cart was a nice plus.A few minor inconveniences, but nothing that we couldn’t manage. (No dressers in bedrooms, no hangers in closets, there was no hair dryer, and the shower in the hall bath didn’t work.) Overall, the place was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location, clean, nicely decorated. Definitely would recommend.

Family of 5, with 3 boys. Plenty of room, lots to do, easy access. Very clean. Everyone had a great time.

Great place

The place was perfect for what we needed. The only issue we had was a toilet in the master bathroom and I sent the message to the property manager at 11:00 p.m. and there was a plumber there at 9:00 a.m. the following morning. They were easy to work with. The only thing we found awkward was the TV was on when we walked in and family pictures left up all around the place. While I understand it may be someone's condo, for the money spent, you want to feel like it's temporarily "your place" and not like you are staying in someone's guest bedroom. We have stayed all over the country in rentals, many at the Village, and never come across this before. With the tv on and family photos, we truly thought we walked into the wrong place. Since the key code did work we figured it had to be an oversight. Everything was great and we would stay there again.

Work Conference

Property was as described. Great location for attending conference at the Grand Sandestin. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced- it is bunched up across the entire condo. Also outdoor screen was ripped, and sofa and chair cushions were mildewed. The golf cart was a great addition to our trip.

Condo at Wharf

This is a beautiful condo. Great location & comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked. 3 coffee mugs & 3 wine glasses. We only cooked breakfast but cooking dinner may of been a challenge without the proper tools etc. The parking situation is not ideal. There is no reserved spaces and finding a spot at night is hard. They tow if you park in general parking overnight. Taking the golf cart is the way to go bc it has a reserved spot. The condominium only has 2 carts to load & unload the car. Bringing in your stuff is challenging without a cart. Communication with rental agency is great. Check in and out went smooth. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Just a few things to keep in mind when staying here.

Very Nice but Needs Work

Nice unit and location for the price. Ashley was pleasant to deal with. As for the unit itself, door code to enter was a bit LONG! 8 digits! Key card would be more beneficial. Also ALL carpet in the main common areas have 1-2 inch high bulges and creases where the carpet needs to be re-stretched and tightened. It definitely created trip hazards. Some lightbulbs were out, lamps inop, and showers had little to no pressure!!! Also the screen on the main patio door was torn. Golf cart was included, parking for the cart was the BEST! Horn was inop. With these minor issues in mind, because you see these at any rental…. We will likely choose this unit again.
