Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort Condo with 6Seat Golf Cart Snowbirds Welcome

Newly renovated first floor 3 Bed/3Bath backing up to 12th green. Private Patio

​We are in the Magnolia Village neighborhood of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!

A 2024 6 seater golf cart is included with the rental

Our Condo is located just inside the entrance to the Bayside of the Resort backing up to the 12th green of the Links Golf Course. The private beach access is a short 10 minute golf cart ride away. Our condo is also conveniently located to the two Sandestin Owners Association Swim Pools (both are heated) as well as the award winning Village at Baytowne Wharf , resort golf courses, tennis, marina and miles of walking trails.

With three bedrooms and three full baths you will find our condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious dining room. Also available is a BBQ grill on the back patio. There is a cozy sunroom off the living room which is equipped with a smart tv with wifi and cable included.

Sleeping Arrangements: The bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Two more bedrooms both with queen beds that share another full bath. All bedrooms have smart tvs with cable. There is a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. The third full bath is located on the first floor just inside the entrance convenient for rinsing off after returning from the beach or pool.

Just a half mile from our condo are upscale shops and restaurants and movie theatre at Grand Boulevard and an outlet mall about a mile away. The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has something for everyone.

Nice condo, just as described. Very, very clean and great location. Golf cart was in great condition. We have chosen Sandestin Resort as our vaca spot for several years and will definitely add this unit to our “will stay again” list.

Family Summer Fun

The condo was great. It was perfect for the 6 of us and could accommodate 2 more. The location was perfect for access to all that Sandestin has to offer. The availability of beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella are an added benefit. I would recommend this property for a family vacation.

2nd time renting here

This is by far my favorite location. We stayed in this rental several years ago and decided it would be the perfect location again. The kitchen remodel was stunning, the bedrooms are a good size, and the golf cart makes the trip. We had great beach days, trips to Baytown and pool trips.

beautifully renovated condo

I stayed in this condo a few years ago before it was renovated and I really liked it. Now it’s even better! We were surprised with a welcome basket of goodies. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you will need unlike many other properties that are managed by companies as opposed to the owner. The beds are comfortable, bedding was soft and cozy. The rooms have ceiling fans. The golf cart is in perfect condition. Air conditioning works great as well as the washer/dryer. There is a beach closet. The owners are very easy to communicate with. I did not have any issues. I highly recommend this condo.

Amazing stay and amazing host!

We stayed here for Spring Break - two adults and four kids. We had the best time! The place was amazing - even better than the pictures which never happens. The grounds were great - we could use the golf cart to go to the beach, pool, basketball courts and even the grocery store. The host was amazing - we had a few questions here and there and she was extremely helpful, kind and responsive. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Great location in Sandestin

This home is in a great location in Sandestin. Short golf cart ride to the beach, pools or Baytowne Wharf. The home has a well stocked brand new kitchen and a bbq just out the back door to grill your favourite foods.

Great house!

Very clean, spacious house. Loved having the pull out couch bed in the sunroom, it was used as a fourth bedroom by one of my teenagers. The golf cart was great, we used it to go to the beach and the restaurants at Baytown Wharf! There was an issue when we arrived, the door code wasn't correct. A quick phone call to the owner and I was able to get in immediately. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great beach access condo

overall, the condo ia in great condition. There was a few hiccups, but nothing that the property manager and the owner didn’t take care of immediately. Very easy access to the beach. The pool was not overcrowded. The Baytown wharf was such a great entertainment area for our two teens. The golf cart made it great for my mom to be able to enjoy the scenery with us. there’s nothing like a sunset from the links golf course. Worth every penny spent.

Great Vacation Spot

This was our second year staying at Brooke’s place and we hope to come back for a third! The house easily fit the 6 adults and 2 kids in our group. The six seater golf cart is awesome to drive to the beach, pool, and wharf. The weather was only in the low 70s but the pool felt like bath water. Brooke had all the beach supplies we could need. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies as well. We love coming to Sandestin!

Nice location

We enjoyed this house, it was conveniently located near the front gate, a short golf cart ride to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. We enjoyed the beach, pool, basketball court, golf, pickleball, fishing… so many options for activities. The house was nicely appointed, loved the golf cart, and the beach storage locker with chairs, wagons, and boogie boards!

Property was nice and homey, golf cart was wonderful, and Sandestin is our vacay preference. First time using a VRBO-have stayed in this community before but was through vacation haven. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Fantastic for families!

We loved our stay at Brooke’s place. The biggest perk was the golf cart…we vacationed with three young kids as well as one adult with mobility challenges, so the cart was a life saver for us! It made everything easier. The beach access was so easy, we loved the pools, and the home was comfortable. Although we had a couple property mishaps (these things happen) I was impressed with how quickly Brooke responded to my concerns. She was also quick to resolve the concerns, and I was very pleased with her care. We plan to return, the kids said it was the best place we’ve every stayed and they want to go back next year!

Dirty

Upon arrival we learned the key pad didn’t work and we would need to use a key. The entrance to the condo was completely flooded. We had to walk through 6 inches of water to get to the steps. Once inside the door we noticed black mold on the ceiling near the entrance and the bathroom downstairs was full of gnats. The property manager was very responsive and made aware of the cleanliness concerns. Someone came out and started repairing the mold. Sand on all the floors, empty Oreo package on top the tv stand. Puzzle pieces sticking out from under living room rug and hair was on and inside all bedding, towels, vanity tops, toilets and showers. Even fingernail clippings on the vanity top in the master. The golf cart brakes were really bad and need repaired. Spent a lot of our first stay cleaning and washing linens.

Relaxing!

Stayed in this condo for two weeks with my husband and I, our daughter, SIL and three kids ages 2, 4 and 6. This was our fifth summer staying at Sandestin. We love the area. This condo was nice. The location was perfect…easy access to pool, beach, wharf, etc. the 6-seater golf cart is a plus. The amenities in the condo are exactly what is needed for vacation. Nice enough that you’re comfortable and have what you need, plus a little more. Plenty of linens, comfortable bedding, ample kitchen supplies. While we were there, lightning zapped the TV and Brooke had a replacement there the next day. She was very responsive to any questions we asked. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo Review

Quick golf cart ride to beach and two pools. Complex beach and State Park Beach both beautiful white sand and fun waves. Community center offered evening concert "Rolling Stones" cover band and next night magic show for kids. Two supermarkets and stores nearby.
